Bed super uncomfortable, patio furniture needs updated, need a Kureig/ more kitchen supplies, beach umbrellas at the front of the beach was an inconvenience if you wanted to sit close enough to watch your children. The bed was the biggest issue the sheets had lint balls on them and made them rough I woke up at 3am and went to the couch everyday we were there. Communication was great we were able to check in early.

Upon entering the room it smelled old / moldy Another foul smell at other times. Sewer gas? Couldn’t located it. Bugs in the main bathroom. Unfortunately, for us they were doing hurricane modifications on the bldg. . 8:00 am workers were banging around. At 7:00am the garbage truck banging around too the bedroom window is next to it. No rest was had. Room was located on the first floor. View of people at the pool. Could see the ocean. Parking easy, checkin fast, room had everything needed for the stay. Had to drive everywhere. Not a location if you wanted to walk to a restaurant.

Not an extravagant place but if you have a child/children.. the 3 pools and beach access will be great. Also a decent gym/steam room/sauna if you like that sort of thing. The available outdoor gas grills were great and we used them almost every day. If you’re single or a couple looking for solitude and silence this may not be the place for you, it’s not really noisy but tons of kids running around almost constantly.

I think it's bad that you enter at 4 and leave too early the space looks big and when you arrive it's small there are no food options and the bad restaurant is very bad

The pictures are nothing like the resort. Our dishwasher was broken, the fold out sofa was like sleeping on bars, there were bugs inside the condo, not enough blankets for everyone or pillows. They closed the pool at 6 one night when the sign said disk and was open until 9 all the other nights. The security was rude. For the amount of money paid, I was terribly disappointed and will not return. We go to Destin every year.

Balcony was a little sketchy on the corner of the 20th floor. It was slanted and seemed unsafe but the condo inside was as expect for a beach condo. Nothing special.

The first time we were here was great. Beautiful views! This time they were doing construction which we understand things need upgraded but there was no communication that it would be under construction. They closed our balcony off so we couldn't use it. Couldn't even open the door. The bedroom was right next to garbage shoot, you could hear the trash go all the way down. They closed the pool off. The front staff.. I'm not sure why they are there...they were not helpful at all.

Room needs updating terribly!!! Beds were awful and old!!! Appliances were very outdated. No washer and drier as advertised. View from room of the gulf was amazing but desperately needs some updates to the condo.

Never received an email on door codes. Took hours for them to respond back to my text, VM and email. Property is currently being painted and some pool areas are closed. After dusk you couldnt get into hot tubs, which is when we wanted to go. Burnt out lights in the unit, fans had alot of built up dirt. The master bedroom had the most uncomfortable bed we couldnt sleep much all week and have awful back pain now. If we could have left early with a refund we would have found somewhere else. The central location was the best part of staying there.

Property was located in area close to local dining and attractions. Property has a nice cafe, tiki bar on site. The property is well maintained. The only thing I would have liked is the fitness center to offer a few more options for working out.

Loved that it's right on the beach. Property itself is needs some updates which they seamed to be working on. The unit needs updated as the microwave was rusted and other things that gave a feel of not being cquite clean. The unit was clean just aged.

The property was decent. No where to eat or drink at night on the premises. Room was fairly clean, bathrooms could have been better. We had an overall good time. Staff was pleasant and responsive.

We rented 1 king bed, 2 twin and a fold out couch. When we arrived we had 1 kind, 1 full and the fold couch. We were short a bed. Garbage disposal leaked out we had to change the water bucket several times a day.

The view is absolutely breathtaking. You wake up to dolphins and the emerald ocean. The room itself could have been cleaned better. One of the bathroom showers wasn’t clean at all, but the rest of the condo was okay. The beds were clean. Parking was easy and the pools were nice. It is just steps from the beach which was nice. I would recommend bringing your own food because most of the food on 98 was not good and expensive. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is especially good for families.

Property was nice, Pools was great, Beach was great, Security was great. However, the condo we stayed in was not the condo it appeared to be when booking. There was no beach view as it said in the booking. it was all pool view, ground level, right next to check in office. lots of foot traffic and noise on both sides of the condo. The Room was clean, However there was an electrical wall socket pulled out, bathroom towel hangers broken, toilet paper towel holder broken. No Pack N plays or bedding for babies/toddlers. Liked the resort, but will look at other options next visit.

We enjoyed our time in Destin and at the resort. I would say the rooms need some updating and better cleaning. there was a lot of visible mold that was very concerning.

The pools beach side were great. But cafe and tiki bar closing way too early! I suggest have take out orders at least til 10pm Also the limit of supplies bin condo, toilet paper, garbage bags paper towels ect for a week long stay is ridiculous for 4-6 people. Most guests don’t have rental cars ect to get to stores ect Gates to pool beaches never working properly. Should have way to purchase supplies if needed, store or at main desk. A decent gift shop on site would be nice too. Our units couch was bad needs replaced wire out! Beds were good

The property was in a convenient location with plenty of parking. The unit we were in could use better lighting in the bathroom and some bathroom updates. Kitchen was well stocked and clean.

All rooms have an amazing view of the ocean. The private beach was a little cramped but we still rented chairs and an umbrella and had a great time. We did not check out the cafe on the property but we did hit up the tiki bar. If you want bang for your buck get the bucket of Jimbo Juice at the tiki bar and it will do the trick guaranteed. Overall we had a wonderful time and we would book here again. Thanks for having us
