Very clean with extremely polite and helpful staff. Only complaints are the bathroom door latch was broken and lights on one side of the bed did not work. However, we did not ask for these things to be repaired because they did not affect or stay. I’m sure they would have been addressed if we had reported them.

Paying for parking should be NOTED before the room is booked. Alot of people don't expect to pay for parking .

Easy to get to, parking right behind (about £25 a night). We arrived early and could check in early as our room was ready. Great facilities, fridge, microwave etc
Spacious and clean room
Very comfortable bed
Decent breakfast included, seemed to change daily? Waffle maker good and variety of drinks and food available.
Close to downtown and the Alley for food and drink. Location very good.
Staff very friendly.
