Our room smelled like urine, like someone or something had urinated on the carpet. It stunk to high hell.

Highly recommend! We stayed for a total of 9 days for 2 baseball tournaments, visiting family, and of course a Graceland Tour. It was a comfortable stay and everyone was so nice and helpful. Only suggestion would be to add a clock in the pool area. Definitely staying here the next time we're in town.

I had an issue with the hot water in the bath tub and sink. It wouldn’t get hot at all so my family and I had to take cold showers all weekend. I asked the lady at the front desk about receiving a discount but she advised since I booked and paid through Expedia I would have to go through you all for the problem.

The room was really nice. The unplanned incident at midnight of having fire alarm go off because of someone on our floor took a VERY HOT shower! This is what set off fire alarm. This absolutely is not the hotel’s fault. Our 2 dogs like the couch in our studio room

Staff didn't get the check-in process right, front desk had to call me at 4.40am to wake me up to verify if i am checked-in!!!! Really?? Towels and bed linens are dirty. When we asked for an extra set of linen, we were told to pick up at the front desk, not delivered. Not sure if that is the common protocol at this hotel. Not going back for sure.

We liked that the hotel was new, modern, clean and the suite was spacious with a full size fridge. I did not like that room cleaning needed to be requested. We were not informed of that and ran out of towels. The bathroom shampoo and shower gel dispensers were Basically empty, noone checked for refill before we arrived. The breakfast buffett was mostly nice but new batch of omlettes that came out were completely cold. Overall nice hotel but they should pay some more attention to important details.

Amazing customer service. Room was so comfy! Area, parking felt safe and close to other things.
The hallway carpet was disgusting. I don't know when it was last cleaned but it needs some attention. That is the only negative I have.
It would not deter us from staying there again.

They neglected to inform me that they were renovating. I even called in 3 hours prior to my arrival and was never notified of not being able to have the room I originally booked. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known I wouldn’t have 2 actual beds. Therefore the room I reserved, 2 queens, got changed to a king with a pullout. My 16 year old son hates sleeping on them so we ended up leaving the hotel after one night. Also, the smell of pets was awful. We have stayed at this same hotel before and it was great. Seems like when hotels allow pets, they go down very quickly.

We were on an overnight adventure with friends. The boys wanted to sleep on the pull-out couch. It wouldn't pull-out, so we called the front desk for assistance. After the maintenance man "fought" with it, he worked with the front desk to get us a new room and helped move us to that new room. He even ensured the couch pulled out and we had what we needed. The boys loved the pool. The room was good size as was the bathroom. We will stay again, if we are in the area.
FYI: if you need a charging station for your vehicle, they have Blink charging at this hotel.

Very disappointed that I arrived and the room was dirty. everyday I had to hunt down someone to service my room and all I really wanted was fresh towels. So we always went to the front desk to get our fresh towels. The price wasn’t worth it. I booked 2
rooms at the same time and same address and I paid with the same card 6 weeks in advance so why was I put on the 3rd floor and my other room was on the 2nd floor and the tv didn’t work.

We arrived very late to find the room we had reserved was sold out from us! No other rooms were made available to us. Hilton chain will be in our doghouse for years to come!!!

Bathroom and shower had not Ben cleaned well.. there was hair in the shower and mildew In the corners of the shower. The bathroom floors were also not clean. But the staff was very kind and helpful while checking in and out.

Hotel was in need of renovation. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable, lumpy and in need of replacement. Door to the bathroom so stiff and heavy that it was nearly impossible to move. I will think twice about using a Hilton Hotel again.

During the initial check in, I had a very pleasant experience with the first hotel clerk who assisted me. But when my brother's flight was delayed, and I attempted to check in on his behalf with the reservation that I made for him, the new clerk was insistent that he would need to be present in order for his room to be checked. This is in contradiction to what the first clerk who checked in my room had informed me. The initial clerk even kindly offered to check in my brother's room since I was already checked in.
Also the second clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly passed over me when I was in line, and went to help those customers who came after me before helping with my question for my brother's check in. She also put my brother into a different level of the building from my room. The initial clerk had offered to check my brother into the same level as I was.

Great spacious room. Smelled fresh and clean although there was some hair in the tub. Very comfortable beds. Only negative experience was breakfast was supposed to be available at 6 am but we sat waiting for 15 min.
