Nice hotel. Lobby closes at 7pm and you have to use a key to get in at night. Never seen that before. Good location.

A really good pick for lots of reasons: Perfect location, friendly/helpful staff, elevator, unique & spacious "triple" room with a giant king bed and separate twin, tasteful tropical vacation decor, effective air conditioning, great windows. The lobby/dining/bar area is nicely decorated and furnished. The location is steps from hundreds of restaurants and shopping areas. I would recommend to anyone, even picky travellers.

What a great hotel in Nice. Great location. The staff is outstanding. I booked this hotel for my daughter who was arriving in on a late train the staff made sure everything was set for her arrival. It is very clean, has working AC, and a perfect place to stay in Nice. The staff makes a huge difference especially when you do not speak the language. We will be back.

The Palm has an excellent friendly staff. The hotel is in an area where there are many very good restaurants and shops. It is also within short walking distance of the Promenade.
