Breakfast was good. Close to several restaurants. Train station is within an easy walk. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and also spoke English.

The location of this hotel is ideal as it is close to the beach and the train station. The staff is always pleasant and ready to serve. The hotel would need a refresh as its age is showing with dated rooms, old carpets in the rooms and common areas, elevators, decor, etc. Although the bed was a king size, the mattress is not comfortable and the air conditioning is not efficient considering the hot weather in Nice. We have been at this hotel in the past and would only return knowing that renovations are completed to truly rate it as a 4-star hotel. If you are planning to stay there, you would need to accept some of the deficiencies during your visit.
