This was a beautiful home that met all our needs. The kitchen was very nice, and furniture was comfortable. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is a very clean and modern house with a great floor plan for family stays. It is easy to get to downtown Savannah or to Tybee Island from there. Having a garage to park in is a great extra.

Enjoyed the home . Very roomy and close to downtown. Will be making a return trip with group of friends.

Our family recently vacationed in Savannah, and we stayed at this property. It was lovely! Very clean and organized. The commute to downtown was short and simple. The house had plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 kids, and 3 dogs. The only hiccup we had was the living room TV wasn't working, however the bedroom TVs worked just fine. We would gladly stay here again. Katie (owner) was also very prompt with communicating and was very welcoming. Thank you, Katie!

Stayed here for a girls trip! We were obsessed with the whole house. So clean. So new. Loved that it had a garage so we could unload/load without getting wet. I think everyone’s favorite part was the couch! Quiet street. $12 Uber to downtown was a perk. We didn’t have to drive all weekend. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt!!! My sister and I and my two large dogs recently stayed at Katie’s home. Everything about it was perfect - exceptionally clean, large rooms with lots of space to spread out, comfortable huge beds, a beautifully kept fenced in and private back yard, and all within a couple miles from historic Savannah. We e-biked everywhere - downtown and historic areas of Savannah, Bonaventure Cemetery, Thunderbolt, and around the local neighborhoods. Everything was easily accessible from the house. We felt very safe staying at this property, as Katie has a full security system that notifies you when a door is opened, and great outdoor lighting for when we had to let the pups out at night. Katie was a gracious host and her home is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Savannah and the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return when we travel to Savannah again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
