About this apartment rental
This new apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere in Piazza della Malva. It offers its guests the maximum comfort in the Eternal City. It is the ideal accommodation for those wishing to indulge in the charm of Ancient Popular Rome, the area actually, still dominated by beautiful cobbled streets, hidden squares, historic buildings, restaurants, cafés, craft shops and small boutiques.
The neighborhood is full of life, day and night and this makes Trastevere the ideal destination for those who are seeking the true soul of the city, in addition to the monuments. Actually, Trastevere is still one of the most loved areas of the city by the Romans as well as tourists who are visiting the Eternal City.
The apartment has been recently refurbished and consists of two beautiful, spacious and bright double bedrooms with an extra bed on request, anteroom with a sofa bed, a nice living room with sofa, a TV and extendable table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathrooms with shower.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts including air conditioning, heating, internet wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, oven and microwave, kettle, espresso coffee maker, fridge with freezer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels.
The apartment is very quiet due to the soundproof windows and due to the fact that it is located on the third floor (with elevator) of a typical old building.
Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, bars and pubs. The main tourist attractions can be reached on foot or by public transport, which is also at your fingertips.
There are several bus / tram stops (walking distance) to reach other parts of the city.

Awesome spot in the HEART of trastevere

The apartment was in the perfect location, right in the heart of the trastavere area. Just outside of the apartment are a couple of mini markets where we got some fruits and snacks, water etc. Also lots of restaurants in the piazza. The apartment itself was very comfortable as well. We are a family of 5 (3 teenagers, boys - ages 15, 13, 13) and all slept comfortably. A big plus was AC in each room since it was hot outside (July). The washing machine was convenient, although I could never get it to dry the clothes. It was good to do a load of laundry and hang dry though. Kitchen had the essentials so that was great.Thanks for a great stay! I’d use this apartment again.

Great location. We are also were in Rome during a heat wave and the air conditioning worked great, which was a big contrast with some of the other people we travelled with that stayed in different locations.

A nice little Roman style apartment with great options for a family. It was on the top floor and had a lift which was great for bringing in our luggage. The air conditioning worked very well! We turned it off when we were out and it cooled quickly when we came back. The Trastevere area is lively and within walking distance to many sights and to public transportation. It could be a little noisy at night, but didn’t really bother us. The apartment is on a piazza that seems to be all tourist rentals. For meals, I’d recommend walking further into the neighborhood for better dining options and to get away from tourist prices. The hosts were very responsive and sent an informative pdf with instructions and recommendations. We had some small issues. I don’t know if many people stay here and plan to actually use the kitchen, so these things would not be problems, but we made breakfast most days and a few dinners. The kitchen was not really set up for easy use. Some supplies were broken(coffee pot with no handle), sink faucet not attached to the counter, dull knives. We stayed for more than a week so we had to buy more toilet paper and cleaning supplies while there. Lots of clean towels were supplied and we made use of the laundry machine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt like we got good value on the rental!
