The reception person was kind and supportive irrespective of the challenges.
She definitely need to be made the manager.
but the manager was grumpy and have no sense of Hospitality or supportive nature.
I being a regular customer she still didnt give the courtesy to give satisfying response and support of my request of esrly checkin.
Even after communication that ill be coming early. They denied me early access ,even after saying we will be willing to pay extra. After making us wait for hours, they put us in a dingy corner room with no working air-conditioning. Then after much request we got a better room.
