The staff were very helpful and friendly, everything you need is catered for.Our bedroom was amazing could not fault accommodation or anything all areas were clean. And our evening meal and breakfast was good.We would recommend it. And would definitely stay again when we are in the area again.Thank you to the staff and Management you were very helpful.

Friendly staff and food was nice. Rooms were basic, but it is an old building. Perfectly fine for our trip away.
I was recommended a taxi company by the staff, and they charged way above what i would ever have expected. We were charged £20 for a 2 mile trip. we only got a taxi as there was no walking route to our destination. This isnt the bein inn staffs fault, they were very helpful to me by providing this taxi company (kintillo cabs) but id avoid recommending them in future to customers. The guy started the metre before we arrived, and we arrived 5 minutes earlier than i had booked him, it was nearly £15 when we got into the taxi.

Breakfast was good. Lots of hot water for showering. Lovely friendly staff member on breakfast duty.
Room tatty, mis-matching taps in the bathroom, rusty radiator, lumpy duvet, tv blocking the mirror, threadbare carpets, sticky tables in the bar and lounge area. Restaurant food ok, curry was very overpriced. Overall not a 3 Star property.
