I booked the room through hotels.com picked a room with 2 queen beds. Paid for said room. When I arrived 2 1/2 months later. I was told they had a room for me but only had a room with one king for 3 adults!!! They were completely full and said my reservation only guaranteed me a room not a room type. I hid other family staying in the hotel and we were able to work something out between us that let us all be able to sleep more comfortable. I don’t know why you can pick your room type if they are not going to give you what you picked and payed for. The prices were different for the room types. I picked a room with 2 beds because we needed two beds!!! Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend since they can’t guarantee I can have the room I reserved.

Check in was easy and professional. Sheets and towels clean. Carpet looks and smells disgusting. They most of had a leak cuz they had a carpet dryer in the hallway. Carpet looks like it had not been vacuumed in months. Bathroom door wouldn’t close because the floor is warped. The water came out black so we decided not to shower. The continental breakfast was ok.

The heater in our room didn’t work, the floors were sloped so the drawers on the dresser would open and didn’t stay closed, the bathrooms are tiny and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable at least for me. Oh, and there was a dead squished bug on the ceiling above the bed. The staff was friendly though.

Easy to get to. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Nasa. Plenty of dining options nearby and a couple of malls. Also quite close to Kemah boardwalk area.

The room was too small for a family of four. We hardly had space to move around. Bathroom was extremelly small. Towels were insufficient.

Hotel was outdated and in need of a remodel. Service was great and breakfast buffet was very nice. A/C in room was very nice. For the price the hotel served it's purpose.

We bought a new car and had it parked in the hotel parking lot. Someone stole our license plate. Management said they were not liable for any theft and they would not honor a free night for us to stay another day to sort out the issue (it was Sunday). There was also a domestic violence issue going in that caused us to feel unsafe.

No functioning ice machines onsite. Indefinitely broken with signs attached. Room is just a bunch of patch jobs and paint coverups of dings, mars, and blemishes. Sheets had brown stains. Woodwork at base of bathroom door rotting away. Bedside clock radio missing knob and grimy. Door to room hard to open- literally have to kick it open. Used diaper laid in parking lot all weekend two parking spots away from front door to lobby. Staff is friendly but hugely inattentive of condition of the facility. Included breakfast was sufficient. Regret staying here and will not be reserving rooms at any Worst Westerns going forward.

The room was quiet and tidy. There were some minor annoyances like the TV remote did not work and room reaked of smoke. I turned the fan on max to get rid of the lingering residual smoke smell. Aside from those things I would rate a 5.0. I will still come back though.

Our sinks or showers did not drain, and the floor was caving IN. Room was exceptionally hot. Worst room I’ve ever stayed in.

Sheets in our room seemed like they were not clean or switched out! Pillows are not full size pillows and very uncomfortable to sleep with plus they were dingy and yellow. The trash cans outside by the pool area were full the 4 days we were there. Floors around the building look like they have never been swept or cleaned.

The property looked run down, trash cans outside were full and area looks like it hasn't been swept in weeks. Poorly maintained all around. The sheets in our room looked like they had not been washed. The pillows are not comfortable at al! They aren't even full size pillows and one of them looks so ugly, yellow stained and like its been there for years! Truly disappointed in the quality of the cleanliness.

I’m disabled and requested a bottom floor but when I arrived there were none. My room was far (228) it was very difficult to walk. Next morning I asked if there were any check outs and I was told by Mo that there was and he would call me. He didn’t and gave the room away. I complained and we got locked out of the room, keys didn’t work. You don’t treat guests like that. Water pressure in the sink was horrible, just a drip. When I asked for fresh towels the housekeeper said she didn’t have bath towels to give me. We had to use the same towels for 3 days. At breakfast one of tte ladies that work there was always in the way getting coffee and stuff for herself, every day the same thing. Horrible hotel with rude staff. The night staff was pleasant but the day can use some lessons on how to be polite.

We booked this hotel. But we were little late checking in. I even called them informing the same. I got their call when i was 10 mins away saying they are overbooked which did make any sense and said they don’t have the room we booked. Probably they got another booking at high price so they canceled ours. Very unprofessional and unethical.

Floor was not vaccines. Room was hit and smelly upon entering. Thank God I sprayed the bed before sleeping in it. Took pictures of bed bug. I still saw 2 - dead in the morning.
