The manager, Miss Sunshine, and the other lady are always a brought the fresh air when stay here! They are absolutely the sweetest Breakfast is limited, but all I really care about is coffee. Pancake making machine. I love the rooms. I've stayed in the rooms with jacuzzi before, and it's fabulous. I also like the updated rooms with sofa.

The staff were good. It was clean. Needs updating. The toilet seat was loose and problems with water refilling the tank. Four of five electrical sockets were so loose making it difficult to get something charged. The room was clean and roomy. Bed was a bit hard. The coffee was good but had to ask to refill the sugar.

They refunded to refund money for stay. Was reserved a week before and had an emergency to where I needed to cancel my stay. I called for the day after reserving the room and for 3 days after and all I received was the run around and no refund. Be careful renting a room from super 8 motels.

The check in was easy and quick, the hotel is close to the Johnson Space center. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable the staff were friendly and helpful, we have never seen hot dogs for breakfast before, and didnt bother as there was nothing else

Rooms were clean, have a fridge and microwave. Looks like the rooms were redone recently and they are nice. Only issues we had was that the room was super humid inside and smelled of mildew. We ran the a/c to try to remove the humidity but it never did. Also the breakfast was pretty disappointing- only had pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, and kolaches. Plus the apple juice/orange juice machines were putrid. They were not cleaned often enough so the fruit was beginning to ferment. I’d recommend getting breakfast elsewhere.

I was having a great time until it was time to check out and because of some makeup on a pillow case my deposit was deducted. So unheard off .and not the full fee but liz stated that the fee was 14 dollars a pillowcase but she’s only charging me 5 dollars. Just crazy .

Stay was excellent the room was awesome very clean and newly renovated, the room was huge the bed was super comfortable and Vick at the front desk was super helpful with letting us know how to get to our destination easily and the great places to eat around there. We will definitely be back to this motel and definitely will try and stay at the same room. Thank you super 8 for making our trip memorable and awesome you guys rocked 🤘

People at the front desk were polite. Checking in was hassle free. Rooms are spacious. The bed was good too. Good value for the money. All in all I will come back.

Eh. It was just ok. The pillows were awful and apparently the hotel didn’t have ANY extras to spare. The breakfast was just a couple of items (oatmeal, pancakes, kolaches, yogurt). Nothing fresh, all was frozen or packaged. We weren’t familiar with the area, but the hotel didn’t feel safe. It was fine for one night. Definitely wouldn’t go back. Likely won’t ever opt to stay at a Super 8 again. The $10 savings wasn’t worth it. The customer service was good though. The girl who checked us in was very pleasant.

The card scanner on the door of my room didn't work. The manager wouldn't switch rooms but said if I wanted to leave my room he would unlock it with his key. I didn't leave my room all night and it felt weird.

They need to update their website. On Hotels. Com it said a breakfast was included. After we checked in, I received an email stating that because of COVID, a breakfast would not be available. They did have a microwaveable, yogurt, coffee and juice available. I would not have booked with them if I would have known. I have not had the COVID excuse for non-breakfast in 2 years.

plug in's not working, no exhaustor, there is no lock for washroom door, shown in the pictures while booking was soo good but not in the reality. This is worse than ever!

The bad first had to pay 100 deposit that’s refunded at the end of the trip. Expedia’s check in time said 3pm, on site it was 4pm room wasn’t ready till after 530pm but we did paper work went to eat came back and room was ready. The good. This was absolutely the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in!!! Bedding was very nice. Was super close to everything I planed my trip around. For the price hands down the best! Again the cleanest room I have ever stayed in!!

The waterfall sets the mood sitting outside the front of a nicely nestled in hotel that truly has a great value for the price. You will be met with friendly staff, professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Clean rooms and regular housekeeping make for a hygienic stay as well. Convenient location to get to the main roads and lots of shopping areas close by. A great place for family stays and quiet enough to take a break from all the hustles and bustles of life.

Very clean. The only complaint was that we had a room that was in the walkway and that made the room very dark. Not much natural light.
