Thank you for accommodating the caberet this weekend!! Staff was excellent. Thank you for everything!

The property was old and should be categorized as a 1 or maybe 2 star property at best. The carpets are stained and worn. Rooms look aged along with bedding. Our room had a musty odor. The pool is still closed due to Covid along with bar area. The staff were friendly, but the price is way over priced for the quality of the property.

I was overcharged for a one night stay.
2.0
I requested sofa bed which wasn't available so they got me folding bed that smells so bad.

Reserved two rooms for daughters 12th birthday. Only to arrive to property and find that pool was closed due to covid. Otherwise stay was nothing spectacular. I will not book back at this hotel in future. On a good note staff was friendly!

Only thing good about this property is the staff. It's an ugly building, literally NOTHING attractive about it - looks like you are walking into an Eastern European hospital and staying with inmates.
2.0
The air conditioning wouldn’t work in our room and it was damp. The walls were filthy the beds were old and painful to sleep on. The carpet was threadbare and had gum squished into it and there were stains everywhere. The shower leaked and dripped all night. Upon arrival we were told there was no complimentary breakfast and both restaurants were closed. Terrible place. Have never stayed somewhere so awful before. Not at all what their website made it look like

Hotel needs a deep cleaning. Lots of stains all over the carpets throughout. Kitchen was closed, so no complimentary breakfast so that was disappointing. Nothing terrible...just very “ok.”

These reviews that complain of a place being dirty probably should just get their own trailer if they care that, that much. This place was spotless and the beds very comfortable, but the place is tired and you can tell with some elements, like older electronics and furniture. My friend and I enjoyed our room and the beds were soft as a cloud but we were disappointed by the amenities, or lack thereof and specifically the restaurant still being closed when many other full service facilities have tried to reopen their’s. No coffee bar as some other Radissons have, no pantry that budget hotels now have and no bagged COVID breakfast even. If I could have breakfast at the restaurant I’d stay here again but I’m not too optimistic at this juncture. Overall pretty good otherwise.

Bathroom in disrepair, strange vibe, bad coffee. Somewhat isolated location. Feels weirdly like a hospital.

Not very clean

Wasn’t bad by any means, but expected more for what I paid. No restaurant, no breakfast, no pool, etc.

Two nights. For work.

The last time I stayed at this Radisson a few years ago our room was nice. That is the reason why I booked with this Radisson again. But this time the room was not nice. It had very worn carpet and dirty furniture. Disappointed

We were expecting a higher quality, clean room. There were leftover snacks from a previous guest found in the nightstand drawer. I informed the front desk and they did not seem to concerned of it.
3.0
The welcome area and conference were clean and taken care of.
The carpets were worn but the property was clean. The pool and gym were closed but no mention of that on their website.

The room had a bad smell. The shower didn’t have hot water. It was the not the room I booked. I was very upset and unhappy.

This hotel is in urgent need of simple, yet very essential repairs. Non of the TV and monitors in the gym room worked. Pool area was closed. Three lamps in room were missing or burnt out. Main entrance area needs,a face lift! All ironic as this hotel is associated with a najor university medical center!

Absolute dump. Radisson should be ashamed of its brand being attached to this filthy, filthy hotel. All amenities closed. Apparent there has been no maintenance and upkeep throughout. Soiled carpets, dust, non-functioning light bulbs. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after 1. Horrific experience. Building should be condemned. Staff member up front was pleasant and was doing her best.

Stay away. Staff was great, well the one person working was great, but he had to do it all. But pool, restaurant, and bar all closed until further notice. No hairdryer in the room. Poor front desk guy had to go somewhere far to get me one. Property is old and in need of updating

The property had potential but it just looked dirty everywhere. We went there for the National champion Force Cheerleading Competition so there were several families staying there. The majority of them left because of possible bed bugs and the general cleanliness of the property. I am guessing, like everywhere else, there just isn’t enough help to keep up. For $150, I was very disappointed in the quality.

The window in our room was leaking from the rain. Heater and windowsill were wet. Carpet by window was soaked and carpet throughout room was damp. Furniture was stained and worn. Disappointing from a Radisson hotel.

This place charges a lot. Terrible beds (springy, old) bathroom was small. The elevator was broken, pool closed, and restaurant closed as well. Saw the owner using the gym. Weird stains on room carpet, throw up residue on chair, motel-like experience.

After calling to verify that the pool was open, we arrived and was told that it was and had been closed. Tried to go somewhere else and everywhere else was booked. Restaurant was closed, no towels, unclean. Only one working elevator in a fully booked hotel, and on and on and on.

I HAD TO VACUUM MY OWN ROOM! At check in, our room was dusty and dirty. There was crumbs, dirt and plastic wrappers on the floor. Thankfully I always bring LysoI wipes!!! I wiped down every surface of the room and called the front desk and asked for the room to be vacuumed. The guy at the front desk was nice and apologized, but was unable to vacuum at that time. I asked for the vacuum to be brought to the room and did it myself.
This property is run down. The elevator was broken for half the time we were there. It rained on our check out date and there was a puddle of water on the carpet in the lobby. The pool was closed, which sucks because our kids were so excited about swimming. The restaurant was also closed. There was stains on the walls and on the carpet in our room and in the hallway. The landscaping was horrible.
According to the front desk staff, the hotel was booked solid for our stay so another room wasn't available. And due to the multiple "team events" in town for the weekend, many other hotels were booked, so switching hotels without breaking the bank wasn't an option.
We were in town for a cheer competition and there were several other cheer families from across the Midwest staying at this property. Many of them voiced the same concerns and disappointment as we did.
I paid $271 (tax included) for 2 nights.... we certainly won't stay here when we come back in a few weeks to go to the zoo.

The front desk area was very pretty. The rooms were small had a dried booger on the wall. Lamps with no bulbs in them.

The staff was nice and pleasant.

This hotel was such a let down. I booked because the pictures looked so nice. I am pretty sure they were taken 10 years ago. It is dirty, outdated and smells musty. The pool was closed, the restaurant and lounge were closed. Our room smelled awful and the toilet was broken. Very disappointed since we spent $350 on the room for 2 nights. Super 8 would have been nicer.

The worker was friendly, but the hotel was dirty, disgusting, the elevator was nasty, the furniture in the room was stain and nasty, plug covers missing, spider cobwebs on the hall window, the pool and restaurant was closed. Just plain disgusting. I didn’t even put my bags down because I was not staying in that disgraceful motel disguised as a hotel. I would not not even promote that hole.

They were available last minute and the front desk was amazing and super helpful!

The building was so dark. Lobby is destroyed- dented and dinged walls. Hallways out of date, smelled like cigarettes. Filthy room, carrot so old, loud air conditioner. Building had no hot water and pool isn't working. Looks and feels like the most run down facility.
1.0
They diidnt inform us until we tried too check in they had no hot water most all other motels were booked by then if you have a reservation common courtesy would dictate people be informed asap so they can't make other arrangements

Is not the same as in past years. Pillow case had make up on it and hallway carpet is dirty. Hotel needs updating
1.5
Hotel entry is very nice, however the halls and rooms need to be pulled out of the 90's. Bed was worn out, fitted sheet was too small so came undone at night, tub faucet leaked, and celing was cracked in the bathroom. Just seems that no one cares about the actual building.

Rooms need updating sheets had stains not much water pressure etc

The property was generally very run down
1.0
There was a broken light bulb (yes, with broken glass) in the bedside lamp.
There was trash in corner of the room.
Check-in took over 1/2 hour.
LOUD children in the halls and in the lobby.
I'm not coming back. I may never stay at a Radisson Hotel again.

For the price I expected more, it was just an ok experience, not horrible but not staying there again.
4.0
Great for the price! Great location. Room was kind of dirty and the pool was closed for maintenance issues.
1.0
The room wasn’t clean. There was hair in the bathtub, the carpet was very spotted and dirty and there was ants everywhere. No pen or paper or cups for coffee. The pool was closed and they don’t tell you until you check in. Not close to any dining.
