Would not recommend this place, no maintenance, toilet ran all the time heater would not turn off. Bed was hard as a rock.

I checked in later at night and the night staff person was very helpful. Breakfast the first two days was about average for a hotel stay. Saturday breakfast, not so good. Coffee in the lobby tasted burnt. One lady tried to make tea but the water in the "Hot Water" carafe was cold. What was supposed to be gravy was more like sausage and milk soup. Stirred it and it kept going around in the crock pot for awhile.
I'm not sure what it was or where it was coming from, but there was a frequent "thump" audible in my room in the early morning hours that made sleeping in almost impossible.
Had trouble keeping the shower water temperature consistent. The first morning, it seem like I ran out of hot water the was almost scalded when it came back after I adjusted to more hot water in the mix.
And then there was the early morning back-up alarm on whatever vehicle was outside my room window. If it was the hotel shuttle (not sure they had one)- bad on them; otherwise, it was out of there control and just a clueless guest....
I needed to stay longer in the area than originally booked, but moved to a property not far away run by a different hotel company.....
Bottom line, okay place to use for a quick overnight stay, but longer than one night, I would suggest looking elsewhere!

Over all acceptable for the price. Only downside----the toilet seat in our room (224) was cracked all the way through and pinched my butt! I left a note for the maid and informed the front desk of the issue. Otherwise, I'll stay there again.

It was in a state of renovation and that was not disclosed before we arrived. The hotel looked closed when we arrived. The lobby was dirty a d in disarray due to renovation activities a s the breakfast was poor. Room was as described so that was a plus.

Some of the staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. Some, not so much. One person on the front desk responded to our report of the toilet running, "Toilets do that sometimes" and offered no assistance to get it fixed. Another promised the tub that wasn't draining at all would be fixed during the day; upon returning to the room at 9 pm, it had not been fixed. Repeatedly we were told that amenities and repairs weren't available because various remodeling and upgrades were happening. But we were staying this week - so remodeling and upgrades didn't help us at all!
The breakfast was so-so. Hot water was sometimes just lukewarm and sometimes there was no hot food ready.
The AC/heat was not reliable; apparently the fan wasn't working.
More positively, the mattress was firm, the room clean, and there was reasonable lighting around the parking lot.

Business trip and needed a hot tub😉. We have stayed at this location before and we’re quite pleased.

We have stayed at this property before, but noticed signs of aging and wear and tear. The staff was just great but little things in our room were missing like no tissue, and the television was almost impossible to figure out how it worked.

Expedia lost my reservation, the hotel staff (Nav) did a great job getting me a room. Hotel gets five stars, Expedia gets no stars!

$180 mistake - For the price, the room wasn’t worth it. The appliances were outdated so the fridge made a humming noise the entire night. But aside from the rundown condition of the hotel - housekeeping entered our room before checkout without announcing it was them! We were in bed asleep when we heard the keycard sound on our door and it slowing started opening. Luckily whoever it was closed the door when the realized there were still people inside. I called down to the front desk and all the could say was “I’m sorry, I’ll ask them not to enter your room until checkout time” which was still 1.5 hours away and the damage was already done. I’m not sure why they don’t have a process in place to make sure housekeeping isn’t entering rooms that guests are still checked in to but it was very scary and the lack of empathy from the front desk staff when it was brought to her attention was disappointing. I have never had something like this happen with all my other stays ay other hotels and we will never be back.

Good customer service/ front desk staff.

The fact that they had a quiet time and had patrons acknowledge it at checkin. One of the most quiet hotel experiences I've had.

At check-in I felt as an inconvenience to the person attending to me. The breakfast was not what it used to be last time I stayed here about 2 years ago. Room was ok- didn’t expect much. The staff overall wasn’t very welcoming and seemed just bothered for whatever reason. Breakfast was over, however not everyone knew that since they don’t talk to you when you check in and I saw a girl trying to make a waffle. The dad came over and tried to scrap the half cooked waffle and we thought it was just broken. The same lady that checked me in had an attitude and told them breakfast was over and just to leave the waffle they will take care of it. No empathy or personal skills. Not a great way to start my vacation. Being kind and genuinely happy and attentive to guest should be an area to work on.

The hotel staff was amazing, kind, observant and helpful. I was here for a 6 night stay. We ended up having to leave a day early due some issues with my husband's health due to his Parkinson's w/Dementia. From the desk staff and housekeeping staff they went above and beyond to help with the unexpected.

Specifically put hot tub in as search criteria only to find after checkin that pool and hot tub were unavailable due to repairs.

Nothing extravagant here but clean as anyone expect. Upon check out I waited 20 minutes for a clerk to check me out as I needed a receipt.

The staff was great. However, we purchased a two queen bed room. The beds were not queens, they were Full size beds. Probably the most uncomfortable mattress my wife and I have ever slept on. We are not picky, but these were bad. When we stay at a hotel, we search for a decent price and somewhat comfort. For the prices we paid, we could have definitely found something better.

Great room size and very clean. Absolutely loved how convenient it was to the mall and restaurants. Free breakfast and indoor pool was an absolute plus, especially with our two boys!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The TV remote didn't function properly and the coffee was luke warm (likely from the night before)

The rooms are clean and nice

The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub could use a cleaning, but everything else exceeded expectations. We will likely return to this property again.

The property, amenities and most importantly the room looks nothing like the pictures. Looks very much like an extremely low end hotel. Small room, rust, tv issues, rust in pool and not very clean. I wanted to take my children to a nice hotel and just get away for a minute, I thought this was it but the pictures were very misleading.

Five lights were burned out in our room, pool was to dirty to swim in, ice parking lot and no outside lighting ir lobby lighting, the hotel looked shut down/closed. The girl that checked us in was wonderful despite being chewed out by everyone that walked through the door.

Nice pet friendly hotel. Comfy bed. Only saw a more person and night person. Both double duty doing laundry. No coffee. Machine broken

First, it was difficult to locate. Second, the parking lot was not well lit at all. The staff was okay, the pillows were terrible. The breakfast was a basic effort, as if they check all the must have boxes but it was average or below.

My room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were lumpy but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was blah. However the staff was friendly and helpful.

Front desk support and monitoring of breakfast was barely adequate. The hot tub was DOA. Starting to look a little run down and could use a little TLC, but decent and clean enough for the price for a one night layover.

The rooms, decor is on par with what you'd expect for this price range. Lots of truckers/workers from out of town stay here. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is on par for what you'd expect from this price point. Just fine. But they advertise a pool, they have pics of it being indoor. But it's NOT heated. The pool room itself isn't heated either. We have kids. We book hotels in the winter expressly for the indoor pools. Don't advertise a pool if you don't have a useable pool. If you're a trucker needing a cheap place overnight and biscuits and gravy the next morning? This is the place for you. Skip it if you're a family.

Clean and comfortable room, albeit a bit small. We so appreciate taking our small dog with us since the whole hotel is dog friendly. We had to cancel the second day of our reservation unexpectedly due to a death. The hotel manager easily took care of this and refunded us for that prepaid stay. Overall, it was pleasant.
