It was nice and pleasant

We had to leave earlier in the morning, went to have a shower and there was no hot water. Told the clerk and she said the hot water went out during the night. There was no mention of a discount or anything. A bit disappointing.

Rude front desk, Never returned my deposit money.

Amenities weren’t great. Only have an outdoor pool which was closed for the season. Would be great to have USB/USB-C charging station and be able to log in to streaming services on the TV.

Hotel is outdated and the hallways smell of pot. The front desk employees are rude. Never stay there again
What happened to this hotel chain? Used to be great now it’s like motel 6

The room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor access door to hotel was broken. Hotel pictures on website do not match actual room, they should be updated.

I've stayed at this place nearly every trip to the area for years and for the money it was always a pretty decent deal. Unfortunately they have let the property condition really slide. The rooms are extremely dated and the floor boards were squeeky and rough with carpet that was long overdue to be updated. The windows are filthy and the paint is peeling off everywhere. The place has seen better days for sure.

Very nice staff, they are in the process of remodeling which is in much need. Bed was very comfortable. Limited menu for dinner and the breakfast is a simple buffet which you have to pay for and would be free at most other hotels.

Old but Comfy. Rooms; just fine. Basics are all there. Outside looking a bit in need of maintenance but no big deal. Good location. Lots of eats in walking distance. Still recommend.

This hotel was not up to par for what was charged. There was so much damage to the walls and ceiling and there was no lock on the window. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower head sprayed everywhere and explained some of the water damage. It desperately needs an upgrade and there’s no way this place should charge what they do. The front staff were all mostly pleasant except the lead person that they guy asked about for another person not getting a refund or something and she said that it hadn’t been 10 business days. I feel bad for the people in the middle trying to book or check in people. This shouldn’t have costed what it did for what it actually was. The pictures were deceiving. Won’t be staying here again.

I was quoted a rate of something like $85/night and noticed on my bill a rate of $111.92 for two nights - can you please check to make sure I wasn't charged more than I signed up for - pretty upset that this happened - don't know if I'll use Hotels.com again - thanks

This is the only place we stay in Kennewick. It's middle of the road price wise, and accomodations wise, but the location and service is why we keep coming back.

Upon arrival we were sent to a room that was locked with the safety lock from the inside. It took over 15 minutes to get into the room and when we got in it wasn’t clean and still had towels on the floor and unmade, slept in beds. Had to walk a mile back to the lobby 3 times to get the matter resolved and finally get into a clean room. Both the front desk person and the manager in the back “questioned” me like I was stupid when I told them the room was locked and we couldn’t get in. One of the worst experiences ever with crappy service on top of a mess from construction and remodeling. Honestly not worth the $$ for the night.

I use to love staying here since it’s right next to all the shopping stores and places to eat.. but the service I got from the two ladies at the front desk was SO RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL that it definitely makes me rethink staying there again!!

The breakfast was great! The bed very comfortable but the cleanliness of the bathroom, carpets, and room in general could be improved.

The hotel is a wonderful place. They have a restaurant on site for breakfast or dinner. They have an exercise space and a front lounge area which was nice enough. The rooms are clean and well kept. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked but my husband slept like a baby so I think everyone is different. The bathroom was spacious (ours was ADA compliant) and clean. Enjoyed our short stay. Close to the Mall and other shopping and lots of eateries.

We called down to the front desk in the morning to let them know we no hot water in out room the gal at the desk said she would be happy to come up and help us find the hot water. We know how to work the hot water and told her we had showered that night. She then told us it would be a few hours before anyone would be able to help so we left without showering. The room was clean but really outdated expected a little more.

I have stayed here many times. It is an older establishment and could definitely use some updating.
The bed is comfy for sure!
The warmth of the room when I walked in was a whopping 54° (BRR). I fell asleep as the room warmed up. At approximately 1:15 AM, the heater woke me up making a terrible noise and never quieted down until I shut it off.
I told the lady at the desk at 5:00 (around then) when I checked out, her reply was “well I’ll let maintenance know” HM… I paid nearly $100 to lay my head on the pillows at 10 PM and awake at 1:15 AM….
This to me wasn’t a good value

This hotel is tired. Very tired. There isn’t even a sign on the building or much lighting in the parking lot. It’s a little difficult to tell you are at the right spot except for the carport drop off.
Employees were always very friendly and hot coffee was available in the lobby. Do not waste $7 on the breakfast - everything is cold, including the coffee.
There are no elevators (!!) here for this multi-tiered hotel (it’s like a tri-level house) - you must haul your stuff up the stairs.
Our first room was fine, except the one side of the mattress was COMPLETELY destroyed from some apparently huge person who slept there before us. Zero support when you sat on it - I actually thought the box spring was broken. And the fridge was inoperative. No maintenance was onsite (I’m not surprised, as they probably visit here once a week) so we were switched into another room - up two half-flights of a stairs. This room worked better for us, except the phone was inoperative when the front desk called us.
The stay was cheap, but the hotel is very tired. It was clean and clearly under construction (that doesn’t look like active construction), so I expect it to look the same if I stay there again. Lots of close parking and a soda machine up front. That’s about it. Location is good as Red Robin, Porters Real BBQ and a number of things are in walking distance.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Property location is great for shopping and food options.

No Vending Machines and breakfast was not included in the stay.

This place is kinda a dump , the room was pretty clean but everything smelled like cigarettes. Sketchy on the outside , no actual sign of the hotel on the building. Lady bent over on a chair chain smoking right at the door to enter . Would not stay again.

Staff was great! Food and drinks at the bar were really good and well priced. Location was perfect for our trip and we will happily stay again in the future. Thank you!!!

It was a good hotel for what you pay. Would be nice if kids weren’t running around the hallways all night and if my toilet would stop running every 5 minutes (literally every 5 minutes)
4.0
Poor signage, after dark. No amenities, food snacks.
Desk clerk made no effort to welcome us, or provide additional information. No blankets in the room. Parking lot was dark and didn’t feel safe or welcoming.
The property was tired, not particularly clean , dark and worn out in so many ways.
This was not what i have historically experienced from “Red Lion” properties.

Conveniently located, but dated. It appears they are addressing the dated appearance

Normally I enjoy my stay with at Columbia Center but there was a heavy solvent smell probably related to the construction. Also encountered a man sleeping on the floor at the entrance.

Everything was great .. however at my arrival for check in two girls were in training the girl that check- us in was in training and she was great … however the other Girl was rude to me when answering question and made rude facial gastares when asked for help .. I was very supervised by her her behavior. The rest of my stay was great

Location is great. But the paint on the doors is peeling. The screen door glass was stained with hard water spots and you could not see out of it. You did NOT have to use your key to access entrances after hours. Breakfast ran out of bagels, cream cheese, and had to ask for clean dishes. Hallways smelled of smoke. Furnishings out of date.

It was ok kind of old. lots of fans must have had a lot of water damage. people were very helpful

It was under construction so a little of a detractor. Also no sauna.

Price was a good deal, but the property was borderline frightening. Flickering lights in the hallways, fans and heater were extremely noisy and smelled burning. Dingy linens and lumpy pillows.

First off, the hotel is hard to find. There's a sign on the road, but nothing on the building to indicate where the front desk would be. I wish I had just ate the loss of the cost of the room and driven on past instead of driving by, like I did the first time.
My room was a little banged up, as was my friend's room. If there are services or places to sit and work, I couldn't find them. The bar seemed to be mostly people living in the hotel.
But the hotel is really, really banged up in general, and had had some sort of catastrophic flood that led to the entire complex just reeking of something very like cat urine. My friend got there a couple days before me and it had been an ongoing situation then. I'm going to have to get my wool coat washed and air out my suitcase -- the smell is still very strong. It's really really gross. I hope they have insurance or something. I stayed here once before 10 years ago and it was fine, if not top-notch. But this was in the top five worst hotel stays I've ever had -- just a little better than the place in Pittsburgh with vomit on the comforter. Yikes.

Stinky corridors.

Apparently there's been some massive water leak in the hotel because the hallways and the conference area were covered in enormous fans and dehumidifiers, blasting away at top volume, and the hotel smelled like a swamp.
The room itself was fine, nothing to write home about. I stayed for a couple days and then my plans changed and I needed to stay an extra day. So I went to the front desk and asked them to extend my stay by a day. They said that because this was booked through Expedia, they couldn't do that. I clarified that they had rooms available. They did, and just said that I'd need to check out, then check in and book a new room.
Just to be clear: they literally expected me to pack up the stuff in my room, carry it down the hall to the lobby, go through the check out process, then book a new reservation, presumably in the exact same room, then carry all my stuff back to my room.
As a dude with back issues and chronic pain, that's absolutely ridiculous. That is a shocking lack of customer service. These people will burn in the fires of the afterlife for their insolence.

The front desk clerk was not very customer service oriented. Also she was not attentive to my request at check in.
