The staff is super friendly and very flexible with

Terrible wifi reception and speeds.
Shower floor was peeling and constantly clogging the drain.
Shower switch plug would not fully seal, creating poor water pressure at the shower head.
Management and staff were very friendly and helpful with reservations.

Convenient to where we needed to be and well priced. Super friendly staff. One negative was the noisy air conditioner. Overall it met our needs.

For my first time in the place, the staff was very friendly, it was clean, the parking was close to the room, it included breakfast and it had a refrigerator and microwave in the room and its care products were from the Dove brand. For what I paid I really liked it.

We spent a couple of nights and Courtney at the front desk was very courteous and professional and the room was spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was nice also. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is currently being renovated-they're doing a fantastic job! The staff was great, complimentary breakfast was delicious. Location is convenient! We will definitely stay here again!

Easily accessible since it is near the main highways.
Room door lock is faulty and room humidity cannot be controlled. CR floor is alwasy dampy wet even when not in use.

worst stay. front desk workers and housekeeping were rude housekeeping came by our room once and we were there 4 nights. me and my husband had to use dirty towels to dry off with cause no one was around to get anymore towels from. and we were right by the pool and men would come out and drink and be loud and obnoxious and we called the front desk twice and they did nothing and my husband has to get up real early for work and couldn’t get no sleep and when we got there the carpet was disgusting and the floor was wet like nobody cleaned it up never will we stay there again.

This is our 3rd stay here and we will continue to come back because it is always clean! The beds are comfortable and the people that work there have always been friendly! They have a decent continental breakfast!

The negatives...
The room we were in was crowded and dated. The shower floor was slippery. The toilet needed a minor repair to be operational.
The positives....
Elizabeth was amazing. She got our booking corrected to a mobility accessible room at no extra charge. The bathroom was roomy, and the towels were soft as clouds. She had the minor repair handled before we got back from supper.
The whole room was spotlessly clean, and the linens were soft and the bed was more comfortable than ours at home.
We haven't stayed at a hotel since before the pandemic, and rarely before then because hotel beds are normally SO uncomfortable. Our beds at Baytown were a delight.

This property had a room with a hot tub. The 6 jets didnt work. The tile in the step was cracked and there were little black rubber bands for hair around the tub. It wasnt cleaned properly.

Since my first trip thats the only motel I choose to stay in there!!! Love it and can always count on great service reasonable prices clean and excellent breakfast! Wished the check in was not extra to be early but understand!!

We found a dead cricket in our bathroom and a dead roach on our bed then there was pee on the toilet seat and there was hair all in the tub..very displeased

This is not a property anyone should visit. I should have read the reviews from others before I booked this place. You can see how many time the management has had to respond to bad reviews, way too many, and other reviews have photos of many of their issues that they refuse to change.
They will try and gouge you, as they are only looking for a reason to charge you for more services.
All of the staff lives on site, that is trashy, poor souls with no way out.
The property is falling apart, but they will insist that this is top -notch.
The breakfast is completely horrible, nothing is fresh, and they do not keep up with anything once it runs out especially coffee. Not even worth your time, this should be illegal.
Lastly there where roaches crawling around our room at night, and we found a bug in the mattress.
Horrible people, horrible conditions, waste of money. I would happily pay more elsewhere, definitely bottom tier location.

For the price it was about as expected . They required a $50 CASH deposit (or CC but 5 days to get it back!) which was NOT mentioned prior to arrival.

There was a mix up with my booking at check in. Lady at the desk was terribly rude. Worst customer service I have experienced.. ever. Management had to be called just so I could stay in the room I paid for. I got to the room and the door looked like it had been kicked in at one point, locks were broken, mold was in multiple areas, etc. It was unclean and felt unsafe. Checked out the next day. Same lady from check in was there again and was still extremely rude. Was hateful and argumentative with every interaction. Do not recommend

The check in person was great. The room was dirty. The shower head sprayed towards the ceiling and wet everything. Fixtures are rusted. Door handle is very loose.

Just was not comfortable… Everything is outdated and it wouldn’t take much to replace the old fixtures. There is a lingering smell throughout the hotel that is unpleasant.

The rooms are fine, comfortable. We evacuated from Louisiana for Hurricane Ida to this property. We moved from another hotel so we were super early, asked for a early check in, the owner and the front desk agent just blankly looked at me shaking their heads. I see a sign posted on the wall showing the charge for a early check in. They really didn't care to help or even be nice in anyway. We booked a king studio with a kitchen, it was great. We extended via expedia, called to let the front desk know and she told me "you have to come down here" just rude. They took 25 mins to redo my keys the whole time I was supposed to be on the phone for my job, I had to clock out and wait 25 mins for key to be reprogrammed. I ended up extending again and that was just as ridiculous between them telling me we had to move to a smaller room, we packed then got a call that we didn't need to move....unpacked. Then at 2:45 we get a call from the manager that we had to move bc "people from the hurricane went home and pets are not allowed in the suites" We had bought groceries bc we had a full size fridge, so we ended up having to cook most of the food so we didn't lose it. These people made a really stressful time even worse. I literally lost pay at my job bc of all the BS. They just don't give a crap TBH. I worked front desk for Hilton for 5 years and currently work customer service. This was a disgusting experience. I will be requesting a refund.

Bathroom was disgusting. Tv didn’t work. Door was broken. The only positive aspect of this room was that the bed was comfortable. Everything else was horrible. I had to wait 2 hours for my room just to find out that the previous tenant extended their stay & I had to wait an additional hour just to get a room. Also, there’s a surprise deposit that wasn’t mentioned on the website.

Gross absolutely disgusting. Nothing worked from the ice machines to the pool being green. Coffe grinds and dirty towels with pubic hair still in the bathtub.
