It was a comfortable stay. But, I was overcharged! The stay was $204. And then a pet fee of $50z. They charged me $204 and another $65! Capfuls you please correct this. Not too happy with the booking that they just overcharged me!!
Thank you!

The first part of the second floor hallway had a smoky smell when I first arrived. It either dissipated or I got used to it on previous passes.
Having the breakfast room open for water and hot drinks anytime was very nice.
Bathroom was small and having one switch for light and fan was inconvenient.

No frills kind of place. This used to be a Days Inn and slapped on with a brand name.
Shame on me, should’ve cancelled the night before when I saw the rates go down by $100. Learned my lesson.
One night with taxes was about $280. Wouldn’t go above $150 w/tax. Again, acknowledged it was my bad but boy did I truly regret it once I arrived.

It was nice. The 3rd night had a group of young adults in the hallway that were banging around and being loud, but that’s not the hotels fault.

Very nice clean hotel, can’t beat the price. You can definitely hear people in other rooms. That would be my only complaint

Very nice and clean

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions. We were missing a soap dispenser in the shower but that was the only issue. Breakfast was basic ( bagels, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea). Overall, nice place located within walking distance of Mystic Village and downtown. Would stay again.

Heard everything in the hallway while in my room. Woke up to workers working outside my room at 8am. No warning. The light didn't work in the bathroom and had to take a shower with very little light from lights fro sink area.

Great and affordable. My family was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Very friendly staff and very clean room. Updated and clean linens and complimentary shower soaps and hand soaps and lotion. We will definitely stay here again!

Great little hotel. Only complaint is that the "King" size bed was anything but. It was barely Queen sized, and for two adults made for cramped sleeping. Breakfasr is yogurt, bagels, muffins tea & coffee.

Check in was smooth, staff friendly and i think it was the general manager who checked us in. The room was spacious, clean& had practical storage which would be great for kids. The bagel bar was great& smelt like a bakery shop. Overall, it was a win-win for price, location & comfort. The only thing Im not happy with is the after service. I left something in my room& was told to call in the morning,I called and had to leave a message. No one returned my call. Guess thats life, but its annoying.

Perfectly fine, no-frills hotel. Staff was the best part, super friendly. There's a bizarrely large family area with coffee all day and a large entertainment suite, so if you are with a group or family you could probably get some use out of it (we were only two people, so just stayed in our rooms).
We were there for the casinos but didn't want the whole casino vibe for the hotel, so this was a good option - about 15 minutes drive to either one.

Checked in on time - they were not busy . Went to our room noticed ants all over the bathroom floor and stinkbugs near the shower. The tv didn’t turn- we asked the front desk ask for a room switch and they said this is the room we booked through hotels.com and they were all booked up-no switching- they sent maintenance to fix tv the sweetest housekeeper to wash the bathroom floor but still continued to have stinkbugs and ants in the bathroom the front seat lady was rude and said that’s what we get for booking booking with hotels.com - we can’t get compensation because it’s a 3rd party and she walked away.. I lifted feeling disgusted in more ways then one.

Desk clerk was great. 1st room, 208 had a missing remote control. And i guess each room has an assigned remote, having to switch rooms. So I had to repack everything: My laptop, external hard drive, folders, and all my papers. Then clothes had to be refolded and when I got to my new room, 158, it was musty and there was a Plug in type scented air freshener flickering, mixing musty with stale smoke and nasty herbal scents.
**** Staff Was Not The Problem ****

This property has just been redone and looks lovely. All carpets etc. are brand new. Rooms were beautiful and beds comfortable. Bagel bar and coffee room was very nice. My only suggestion is bring ear plugs! Very noisy and you hear every door opening and closing all night! Really well set up rooms with lots of places to store items and plug your devices in. Close to all mystic attractions.

Staff members are on completely different pages. After I made a mistake about the night I reserved, the lady working behind the counter informed me that I could cancel without any problems, as long as the 3rd party booking place agreed. Well they agreed, but then this place decided they changed their mind. Completely unprofessional and never got back to me after I celled several times to talk to the manager, . Apparently the manager never works despite being the manager. Awful experience. Buyer beware.

The breakfast options are not great (my daughter and I enjoyed the waffle maker and real milk for coffee instead of half and half or creamer at another hotel, which was cheaper) but other than that it was great.

Both my husband and I were amazed at the cleanliness of this establishment. The rooms were modern and efficient. The staff was friendly and the bagal breakfast was more than just bagels. Muffins, coffee, tea, juice! We will be back.

Room very clean. Very comfortable bed. Close to restaurants. Bathroom too small, but that was the only negative.

Room was large with plenty of space for getting ready for a cheer competition! Free hot coffee and tea 24/7, which is much needed on cheer weekends away. Staff was more than helpful and accommodating! ♡♡♡

Was a horrible customer service and experience, in the next room they had the TV really loud at that point that we can’t even heard our Tv, from 11pm to 7am
We called the front desk 3 times between 11:30pm and 6am and the only answer that we received was that they can’t do anything, and when we asked to change rooms the guy from the front desk said that he is not going to change our room because the noise from their TV wasn’t that loud
That is TOTALLY unacceptable from customer service perspective
And I didn’t receive the service and quality that I paid for
Definitely I’m waiting for any compensation

No toilet paper in room. Waited 30 minutes after calling the front desk before I walked down to get some. Despite labeled trays for three different varieties of bagels, only plain bagels were put out for breakfast.

Our stay was unpleasant. The first night our room was half flooded and when we went to the front desk my partner was told they had no other rooms available. A few minutes later we received a call from the front desk advising that they could move us to another room. The room we were moved to was a downgrade from what we had paid for but were never offered a credit for the downgrade or for the inconvenience. We would not recommend staying at this property.

The hotel was clean and new very nice. Walls a bit thin I could hear the next room. My only complaint was that an entire international team of high schoolers age maybe got in at 9:30 PM and were so loud. Knocking and banging on doors, running up and down hallways. I get it I was a kid once but this was later in the evening when I was trying to get to sleep since I had a work event the next day. This went on until 10:30. I spoke with the front desk he apologized and said they were telling them to quiet down. The slamming doors and stuff went on for a bit but by then it was too late to move hotels.
