Budget friendly , basic hotel. Friendly staff and convenient location

This was pretty decent stay. Room was clean. AC worked well. Hotel all together was pretty clean. Breakfast was kind of lacking, basically a few cold items and toastable items to get you going. All in all I would stay again.

Someone else said old but well maintained. They were correct. I walked into the room and the AC was off. It was about 80 in the room. No odd smell. Just hot. The AC cooled it down quickly and efficiently. The sheets were soft. Choice of flat or fat pillows. Bed was hard, but at least it was clean and smell free. I’m picky, and was satisfied

room was clean and staff was very friendly. They have no elevator and we were supposed to be on 2nd floor. The front desk clerk moved us to 1st floor. I don't remember if it listed no elevator in their listing. Very nice accommodating us.

"Parking was easy, the middle of the hotel is across the alley from a huge apartment building air conditioner so very noisy. "
