It was in a perfect location. The approach of the reception staff was very professional. Breakfast was extremely sufficient. The serving staff were experienced and polite. It was very good to have a quality coffee machine in the room and the capsule coffees were replenished every day.

Located close to San Marcos square but not too close. A hidden gem which still holds the charm of old Venice with a touch of style and class. Just open a window and you’re permeated with Venice. The sounds of the bell towers, gondoliers and people outside. Unforgettable.

Lovely staff, fabulous breakfast, brilliant location just between Rialto and at Mark's Square, it has it's own water jetty so you can catch a water taxi from the door which I highly recommend.. beautiful marble bathrooms and comfortable pillows and beds. Really lovely hotel.

Family connecting suite was great, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and no concerns with kids being separated from us.

This hotel was amazing. Beautiful and elegant rooms with water views. Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us when we requested a room change. 5 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. We didn’t want to leave Venice or this hotel

This was a nice hotel with nice rooms and welcoming staff. We had a suite and it was surprisingly quiet. The negative thing was the power shutting off multiple times which made us a little nervous when using their elevator.

The staff was very helpful, hotel is in a great location and very comfortable room . Good selection for breakfast with good tea and coffee.
Room service was instant with someone always on the other end of the phone. Great rooftop bar, strong cocktails.

The warm welcome by the management after coming back from 25 years ago. I will definitely stay here again in my next visit.

When I first arrived the room they gave me was adorable, however it was so tiny and dark I requested to be moved. And they did so without hesitation. The second room wasn’t as pretty or quaint but it was larger. So my preference was my issue and they were very accommodating.
They also have a lovely roof top bar were the 5:30pm complementary snack with your drink was enough food to be my evening meal! :)
