UNSAFE SHOWER. No shower mat. Extremely slippery tub bottom. No bar in shower to hold onto to insure balance. No towel bars in bathroom. Stay was for three (3) nights and requested that fresh linens and towels be given daily. This was not done for two of the three nights. Manager was not on duty on the weekend.
I'd never stay in a La Quinta Inn again.
The worst experience we've ever had in over 60 years of travel.

Room was great. The bathtub was very slippery. No ice machine on 4th floor. Would have been nice if they had told us that. The morning breakfast was wonderful.

Check in was fast and easy.The hotel is excellent for the price but could use some maintenance in areas.Room was clean but bathroom needs few things fixed,no fan in bathroom so gets hot,light fixtures have rust from moisture.Overall I'd stay there again

A/C would kick on, but never blew out cold air. Made for a very restless couple nights. Went to check out in the AM and the person behind the desk was sitting in a chair in the doorway sleeping.

I stayed at this Quinta location on Saturday March 30th. I brought the same pet as I previously did, which is a small Pomeranian. This time they charged me $45 for the pet fee. Their policy states that $25 per pet per day. And I'd stayed at this same hotel many times before and the pet fee was always $25. I asked about the pending charge $45 while I stayed on March 30th to two different front desk staff. Both girls told me that the additional $20 was for the incidental charge in case it happens, and it will be refunded to me later. They never charged upfront for incidental fee for my previous stays. Why this time? Their explanation about the upfront charge was for the incidental fee didn't really make any sense to me while they already had my credit card on file. Regardless I have not received any refund as of today. The charge already went through my credit card for $45. I emailed and called the hotel and no one responded to my email or my calls.

Reasonable price. Good proximity to historic sites. But room was not clean. Previous guest’s leftover food items left in microwave, in a drawer under the tv, and some cooked rice on the carpet near the small refrigerator and in the refrigerator.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine. Overall, it was a good experience for us.

Bathroom could have been cleaner dirt on the corners as if hadn’t been cleaned in a while dirt on some of the rest of the floor. Lobby and hallways had no heat had to eat breakfast in room. Breakfast was decent. Beds were comfortable.

Our stay at LaQuinta Inn and Suites at 600 Bypass Rd in Williamsburg, Va. was substandard. I had called prior to staying there to attempt to assess the facility. It, of course, was filled with misinformation. We checked in and out almost immediately after seeing the room and the lack of cleanliness. I am requesting a full refund. We immediately checked into a Marriott property where everything was clean, safe and comfortable.

The property itself is rather nice and I've stayed here before. The problem was that the lobby when we came for breakfast was freezing cold! The thermostat was only reading 46° and you could see your breath while you were sitting down eating. It was really really cold. Also outside the door to the middle of the hotel or cigarette butts all over the sidewalk which looks like they haven't been swept up in forever. But my biggest complaint was having to go down and make breakfast and eat breakfast in 40° weather inside a hotel.

Prices were fair, location was good, and breakfast was more than expected. Quailty and condition of room left something to be desired, but in my opinion acceptably, but not great.

This property is easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We changed rooms four times and each one was equally disgusting. Carpets stained, bedding stained, heat didn’t work, black mold on the back of one door, rooms weren’t cleaned, trash on floors,dirty elevators, no heat in hallways or lobby area. I could go on and on….we have filed a formal complaint to the corporate office but do yourself a favor DO NOT STAY HERE!

Price was reasonable and the location excellent to where we wanted to go. The breakfast bar was very good except it closed early. The room was a good size. My only complaint is that the coffee maker is something to be desired. Bring your own maker if you can.

Older property. Decently clean. There was a left over hat in one of our rooms and a child's hair bow in the other. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

Hotel was really just OK. Whatever they were using to mop the floors was extremely slippery. This was true for common areas as well as the foyer area in the room. We also had some trouble with our door lock and had to get the keys re-coded at least once, and still struggled even after that. However, for the money, it was exactly as expected.

Breakfast is great and the price makes this place a good deal. But the fitness room has been closed for months and cardio room equipment is now inoperable. So no workout facilities.

The convenience and price were very nice. The quality of the room was subpar. The bedding was not made properly, the towels had stains, the walls were dirty, and the vanity in the bathroom had large chips of wood out of the bottom.

While the location and exterior of the hotel were convenient and looked okay, the rooms were terrible. Our first room spelled like urine, so they moved us to another, where, upon opening the door, there were roaches skittering. The third room had hair and stains on the bed. Needless to say, we did not stay. The silver lining was that the staff was helpful and had no problem assisting with a full refund.

This hotel over charged me for my room and fees for my animal. The room was not sufficient there was a big tear in the rug. I let the staff know about the rug when I got the room and they charged me for the damages.

Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Furniture are old, carpet was dirty, bathroom was dirty, especially the bathtub. Lamps in the room were rusty, pillow were uncomfortable, shower curtain was no where to be found, dusk was blocking the hairdryer, toilet was leaking water and very noisy. To make things worse, there was a big stain in the bed sheet. The building itself appears to be in need of repairs. There are water stains on the ceiling, even in the main lobby.
The good: breakfast was pretty decent.

cleanliness was ok employees seemed disinterested in being helpful ran out of coffee cup tops was told "tough" we dont have any more could have gone to 7 eleven and got some only saw one employee with a name badge ran out of bacon on thursday told they were not gonna cook anymore both of my lamps in the room 318 did not work never sent anyone to fix so i took em downstairs my self to get bulbs was told did not have any bulbs hotel was full so did not have any spare lamps tv channels were sporatic legend of typed channel number left in drawer did not match the written legend could hear banging in the walls at night sounded like third floor area had pipes in wall vibrating when water rushes thru they maybe did not have ample support braces

The staff was great, hotel was clean, pretty close to everything you'd like to do, just a short drive or ride to Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown.

The staff was unhelpful, it was unclean, their were roaches crawling in places and in the bathroom.The guy checking out in front of me said he had roaches, dirty sheets with dog hair and pee on them. Asked if the manager knew they had a roach problem and was told I don’t know he’s not here…They painted over leaky spots and holes and you could tell it. Just don’t stay here.

We were first given a room that had no TV; we then got a different room that had a TV but there was a shrieking noise whenever using the water; the shower did not work properly, and the water continued to run after flushing the toilet (which could only be stopped by opening the water tank and pulling the cord inside the water tank).

Its an ok hotel nothing great but not horrible either. Tv didn't work so we had to change rooms then the fire alarm went off twice but stopped after several minutes nothing said very annoying

The room and hotel is a polished turd. The building is old and hack job renovation. Our room was dirty. Coffee stirrer packages were open, used and left behind. Bathroom is mold at the top of the tub. Only one ice machine works. When checking in, multiple people were at the front desk complaining of different issues.

When we arrived the credit card system wouldn’t work even though we had booked on a card. We had to go get cash in order to check in.

We enjoyed our stay at the La Quinta Inn and Suites! It was clean, quiet and relaxing, and very convenient to everything around it. The staff was very nice, pleasant and helpful 😊 Kudos to all 😊👍

This was a little overpriced for what you get. The room was dated and just average with a small bathroom.

Upon arrival my credit card was denied but was accepted at all other venues during our stay. The bedding was very comfortable and the linens were clean. The air conditioner worked but was noisy. The shower head needed to be tightened and the tub caulking showed signs of mold in the corners. Floors could have been cleaner - stepping into the shower dirty footprints were evidenced. Very appreciative that the hotel was pet friendly. The daily upcharge for the pet was $25. Upon review of my itemized bill after returning home noticed that I was charged for four (4) nights of pet fees instead of the three (3) nights which we stayed.
