First I would like to say the employee where wonderful. Very nice and friendly, would greet us back to the hotel and wish us safe and fun day when we would leave for the day. Check In was ok although the room was not ready when we arrived well after check in time had started. The room was very cozy and did not provide a lot of room for 2 children and 2 adults to move around or store any belongings. The toilet and the shower had a weird Oder despite being flushed and the shower being turned on. The beds were a bit high for our liking. The youngest child could barely get up on the bed and feared falling while sleeping. My elderly father was along for the trip and had a hard time getting in and out of the bed. The large gaps between the door and the frame made for little to no privacy. And the free breakfast was well free. Green slim found in the bottom of our orange juice cups and hard bagels. Overall our stay was not horrible, I feel if we were to stay again it could be better. This trip it just did not fit our needs. Would recommend for couples or a singles business trip and to bring your own breakfast. Room had a fridge and microwave

Couldn’t ask for friendlier staff. Everything was clean and bright and COMFORTABLE!!! Plus, they have a heated pool for my wife and children. A definite HUGE + for us. We will be back.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the room size just right. Our AC was the only problem. It seems like it is centrally controlled and we were very tired to call the reception for a change when we went from sweating at night to feeling cold in the early morning hours!

After a long day of walking and standing in line at Busch gardens, it was amazing to sink into a bed that may even be more comfortable than my own (I know the pillow was better than mine) and sleep soundly. No sense in over paying for a fancy hotel when your main point is to sleep. We got a good night's test and had a solid breakfast on our way out this morning. It's a great bargain and if we find ourselves in the Williamsburg area again, I'll head back to the Sleep Inn!

We stay at this Sleep Inn several times a year and we have stayed the last couple of Christmas’. The staff have always been kind and courteous. Management has always made our stay with our dog very accommodating and drama free. The common areas are always clean and smell nice. The location is convenient to many attractions and dining.

If you're looking for a place to sleep that has clean sheets and friendly staff, this is perfect. Very quiet, staff is very nice, bed comfy, clean. But sooo dated, cracks in the paint, very old carpet, bathroom fixtures old, etc. The shower pressure was great but water kept going back and forth between hot and cold. I wasn't in the room other than to sleep so it was fine for the price.

The hotel wss quiet and close to downtown Williamsburg and Busch Garden. The hotel is a little dated but everything was clean. The hot water wasn't consistent in the shower though.

We ride the train down for visiting Merchant Square. We stay the night here before catching the train home. Just an 8 min ride by Uber.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Particularly the night shift fellow.. I believe his name was Andre (not sure). Every time we would return to the hotel he would cheerfully greet us with "welcome back!" and actually seemed to mean it. Nice to chat with and very friendly. The breakfast was great except the choice of meat. One day we had sausage and what was supposed to be a biscuit or roll but was a stale hamburger bun with some unidentifiable weird sausage patty looking yuck thing. The next day it was sliced weiners cooked. Kind of strange. Would have been great to have some just plain sausage patties or bacon or something everyone knows and loves as a protein. Very few diabetic/low carb choices. Did have a good variety though.

Room was TINY - behind a pocket door was the toilet and shower stall. The sink was in the bedroom. Location was great, and workable only if you don’t plan to be in the room much.

It could have been our GPS but it was a little hard to find being tucked behind a restraunt, the out side doesn't look like much but the inside is very clean, bright and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable - the pillows however were not. We always bring our own pillows any way as I have never been to a hotel with good pillows so I won't dis them for that. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with things to do in the area and directions. All in all my husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are very old. They smell like mold and the carpet is very worn out. The rooms are small. The bathrooms are really small. I use oxygen and specifically asked for a room that wasnt a far walk. They assured me it eould be close to the elevator when I called.We were in the last room on the 3rd floor.

Shower didn’t have a grab bar close enough to reach and toilet was too low and no grab bar to pull up. We are seniors and that would have helped. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Check in/out process was quick and easy. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and there was a lot of variety. Pool was a nice break in the evenings from the heat. Hotel was very quiet and beds were comfy. Easy access to restaurants and other surrounding areas like Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, etc. The only slight complaint we have is that the hotel could use some updating, like newer carpets and a tub/shower combo would be nice instead of just a shower in the bathroom (we did fine with it, of course, but our little one prefers a tub). Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
