This is a good limited service property. The rooms are renovated but the property grounds, building, and pool are quite dated. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great motel, clean and quiet location. Close to the National Park. Love the large room with kitchen, comfortable beds.

I’ve stayed here twice now for Red Rocks concerts, and it’s become my go-to spot when I’m heading to a show. Check-in was as easy as could be, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. The building is older, but it’s clear they’ve been making improvements, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. A luggage rack in the rooms would be a nice addition, though!
The breakfast is probably the weakest part of the stay—it’s a bit lacking compared to other Hampton Inns—but otherwise, this is a great place to stay. The location is incredibly convenient for Red Rocks, and Joseph, who provides shuttle service to and from the venue, is an absolute lifesaver! Having a reliable shuttle option makes concert nights so much easier and takes the stress out of parking and getting back to the hotel. I’d definitely stay here again.
