Quick and easy check in due to completing the pre check-in info which was nice. Briefly was told where the room was, what time the pool closed and what time breakfast was. There was an IHop right across the parking lot which came in handy. Got to my room and the AC wasn’t on so that was kinda sucky being very hot in Florida already. Turned AC on but AC was making super loud sounds. Room was clean but needs a few things changed. Toilet seat was pretty aged/dated looked old and yellowed there was a piece of the wall that I noticed wasn’t quite sturdy. Room was clean and in a decent location. The following morning the hotel manager reached out regarding my AC asking if it was ok to send maintenance into the room. I okayed and by the time I returned after work I noticed they had replaced the entire AC unit with a new modern unit that had digital controls and was super quiet! Was great. No other issues during this trip

Awesome stay, just wonderful you gotta give them a try. My room was clean, no odors, close to everywhere I needed to be the room was quiet. Nice, Nice, Very Nice. IHop in the same parking lot. Thank You

Nice, older two story hotel, and much cheaper than others in the area. Our room was just what we needed. The only complaint was that the bathroom door stuck just a bit and was tough to fully close and/or open.

Beds were comfortable. A/C worked well. The bathroom could use a bit of a deep cleaning though. Looks like it had been awhile since that had occurred.

The rooms are functional - beds are reasonably comfortable, shower has good pressure, pool is good, breakfast good. Staff were outstanding, going out of their way to restock pool towels as soon as they saw people at the pool, and putting breakfast out early for our group because they knew our kids had an early competition time. Thanks you Lanetrika especially - she was warm and wonderful throughout.

I want to start out by saying, that I travel a lot!!! I have children in football, dance, cheer and wrestling. This is the 3rd worse hotel I have stayed in. there was gnats everywhere in the room. at first I thought it was 1 or 2, until the entire stay I was killing them. Something was flying around my room that was big and it was an termite. The toilet seat did not fit the entire toilet. I was sooo uncomfortable. The bathroom was icky, the smell in the room was horrible.
The desk clerk was so nice and tried to make an excuse about Tampa having a gnat problem at the time but none was in the lobby. he did come and spray something and that did not help. It just felt so unclean. I wasn't able to get another room because they were fully booked. I do not recommend this hotel. I wanted to get in the pool and it was not clean. I could see leaves etc floating in the pool from the 2nd floor.

Compressor for air conditioner was very noisy. Guests outside banging on doors and very loud music and conversation until 2 AM. Hotel itself was good, just awfully inconsiderate guests.

My room was in bad shape. Old and very outdated. The carpet was dingy, i thought the tub was dirty but its either paint or something else that's grey and gross. The bed was comfy but this room is in dire need of a complete upgrade. The location is in a nice area.

Rooms were outdated. Tables and fridge had moisture damage. Out toilet wouldn’t flush and when they came to check it the person said they knew it was giving trouble the day before. Why did they not fix it before allowing another customer come in that room?

The fact that we were able to use the pool

Very old outdated room. Furniture did not have drawers, it had cupboards that were held together with duct tape and doors that barely closed. Killed 3 bugs but the fourth escaped under the carpet. We both are complaining about pains in our backs and hips from the old, uncomfortable mattress. Staff was nice, breakfast lady was nice and worked hard to keep everything stocked up. Shower head was good and lots of hot water. Pool was full of leaves and debris on the day I went down to use it and there was no clean towels until we asked them to bring some. Two days later, the pool had been cleaned somewhat, however, the pool is not used very much due to the poor condition. The handrail at the stairs is very wobbly and should have been repaired years ago. Don't stay here.

The front desk person Archie was very accommodating. On our first day we reported to the woman at the front desk that our room phone did not work - she did nothing. We had the room for two nights. There was no hot water for our showers either A.M. or P.M. The person in the next room was smoking...something. This is a smokeless facility. After a shower I found the bottom of my feet very dirty from walking on the carpet - disgusting. The rugs havent been maintained for G_d knows how long. We were given a 1 night credit by Archie for our unpleasant experience and look forward to receiving notification that it has been processed.

Place was disgusting and unclean. Within minutes of receiving our room key we entered the room that had dirty bathroom floors and fecal matter in the toilet, as well as it looked like un-wiped counters. We asked for a different room and it wasn't much better. Thought it was okay until we found a cockroach roaming around the second room on our second night. Seedy motel vibes. I got fooled by the pictures. Would not have stayed if I knew that this place was this gross. No idea how anyone gives this place anything higher than a 1.

Very dated hotel room. Grout in bathroom was sloppily painted over. Veneer top of desk was not flat. Roach found in bathroom. Didn't stay long and when went to front desk to check out, told the woman we are checking out and she just asked for our key and room number and never asked why and just looked away. She didn't care.

The room had a moldy smell had me sick, bed was hard, toilet bowl was shaking, customer service Francisco was so rude to me when i was trying to tell him.

While the property is still under renovation, our room was allegedly renovated. First, the bath/shower offered no grab bars. Seriously, there are way too many people with physical issues to ignore this most important facet of safety. Second, the toilet was old and should be replaced with a comfort level seat. No brainer. The motel itself is quite old so despite efforts to update, you still got that occasional whiff of a cigarette. Back in the day, anything went and smoking wasn't an issue. But today it certainly is!
The breakfast included in pricing was very good. It was clean, well stocked, although there was no cream cheese, which you see everywhere else. There was an attendant both days and both were on top of everything. Kudos to them.
For the price and convenient location, it was acceptable. But I don't think I would go back.
