Stayed in the newly opened second floor wing which was nice.
Wasn’t happy to find out AFTER booking that the gym, pool and kitchen was closed. That seemed like there should be a discount or mentioned before booking

The facility is under construction but you really wouldn’t know it. Very clean and accommodating. I was only traveling from the facility to the hospital so didn’t see much of the area or outside the facility.

Great place but needs better computer systems due to they booked another person in same room we were in and person walked in on us

Easy, prompt check in. Desk manager was personable and helpful with directions.

Everything was okay...however they charged me again for 2 days after i paid in full through Expedia
They were only suppose to charge an additional $75 for incidentals that would be returned after check out but they charged me $75 plus an additional $486.10. I have spoken to 2 people but they could not help me and I am waiting for the front office manager to return my call and get this rectified.

They apparently were remodeling the room directly above our room. Work started at 730 am. Hammers , power tools, And all. No alarm clock needed in this place , They have you covered. So much for sleeping in on our day off.

Construction was taking place. I didn’t know there was Constuction. If I knew I wouldn’t have stayed. Hammering and banging at 9am. Couldn’t sleep late. I should get credit.

Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Some construction inside the building, but there were signs acknowledging that work was being done to improve the hotel. Small, but tasty continental breakfast. Good value for the price. Would stay here again.

I have to say i been using laquinta for my place to stay and i have to say this by far is the worse experience i ever had. The check in person double billed me after i alfeady paid on hotels.com and i tried speaking to the manager and i got no where so far i went to take a shower inside the tub was black stuff and i ran the water for a little while and the water was merky light brown and the toilet water was running all night

overall the staff was nice, the room was clean but needed new drapes - hotel in transition from one company to another and the rooms not updated
refused to give a receipt for the stay because we had booked with a booking service

The manager Diana checked me in and was very polite and courteous. I got an updated room and love the new look.

Everthing was good. Hotel was clean. They are renovating to become a Hampton Inn. Better free breakfast than some places, front desk was friendly.

The staff offered very good service. The rooms are due some remodeling. The toilet area has no door, so when sitting on the toilet you see yourself in a full length mirror. The sheets/pillowcases were scratchy.

First night there, not cool being located next to elevator. Started running at 530am! Then the roof top view, we were on 2nd floor. Not appealing. 2nd night was better as the elevator was down. Over all i enjoy staying at LaQuinta. Staff was friendly and nice.

Even though the hotel is undergoing remodeling it is very clean and front desk help are friendly and always ready to help.

I knew before arriving that they were undergoing construction, but at no point prior to arrival did anyone mention that the elevator wasn't working - not great for someone with mobility issues. Outside of that, the staff was great, the place was clean and comfortable.

The best customer service that I received in my life! The hotel is under construction but the sales manager and the front desk receptionist were very welcoming and helpful all the time. I really recommended this hotel if you are visiting New Hampshire. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Room was dirty. The ac did not work in one of our rooms and I got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes while the repair people were fixing it.

Felt unsafe.
Several shady looking people in the parking area.
Would never stay here again.

The room was correct, but there was very noisy neighbour next door or close by. We got wake up by them twice with very loud noises.
