The room was just dirty and the toilet leaked I told the staff the first night and it still leaked when we left. We only stayed two of the three nights. Probably will not use Expedia again. You can’t get ahold of any one.

The front desk staff where kind, professional & helpful. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job cleaning. The breakfast crew did a great job providing hot, fresh and tasty food. Along with keeping everything clean and tidy. Our bed was comfty, water pressure was wonderful, heard min. to no noise outside & plenty of places around to eat if needed. The only negative, the rooms and hotel could use a face lift. A few minor cosmetic touches are needed in the rooms. This did not effect our stay in any way.

Room was very clean, staff was extremely nice, polite and helpful, very enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again.

Very close to Ball State

The cost of the stay did not equate to the quality of what I received.

Most of front staff were not friendly. Very dated. The room and floor smelled really bad. Would not stay again.

The front desk person was fantastic. There was a mix up with our reservation and he fixed it immediately and gave us rewards points. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Staff was fantastic

Nice hotel, everything is what you would expect. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed, breakfast met expectations. The elevator was out of service which was well communicated by the staff at check in. My only issue was the price. At the rates charged, I would expect better than average accommodations.

Had to cut my stay short and neither the hotel or Expedia would permit me to cancel one night. Had to absorb the cost of that last night. Will never use Expedia again.

Very nice place to stay,Clean and friendly staff

The elevator was not working, no notice on the 3rd floor to advise guests. The overall look of the interior wasn't up to par to the name "holiday inn express". Pricing was increased drastically due to Ball State University graduation. The price did not match the feel nor the state of the hotel. Left feeling ripped off.

Accommodations are good for a night.

The hotel was clean and front desk staff Felicia was nice. The breakfast was good but needed more to go fruit. Overall, I will stay here again when I return to drop my son off at Ball State. Mrs. Hayes

Decent price for family. Swimming pool to entertain the kids. Friendly staff. Wide variety of quick breakfast options.

We didn’t stay at the property because they’d given our room away. We were forced to find a new hotel.

Easy check in, good breakfast.

Pre-paid reservation for 2 queens. Arrived and they gave our room away and only had 1 king sofa for all 4 of us. We took it cause its all rhey had. No sheets, no comforter, no extra towels. Had to come back to desk to request. Hassle.

Staff was excellent!!!!

I was confirmed to stay until Dec 15, upon returning to the hotel on the evening of the 14th after working all day I found my room was booked with another customer. All my belongings were tossed in my suitcase and backpack. My work involves patient and physician personal information which was laying out in piles with a ton of research - this is most certainly a HIPAA violation for your staff to enter and have access to my patient information! I was not called and when I required why not call I was rudely told they tried. I have my phone on me 24/7 and I had no missed calls- It is not my fault nor my responsibility that your staff called the wrong number when the phone number listed was correct. I have tried numerous times to contact customer relations and have yet to be compensated for the intrusion and forcing me to have to stay at another hotel for my last night! (they did not charge me for the other hotel), When your staff tossed everything in my suitcase and backpack my computer mouse and also my ipad pencil were misplaced. They need to replace ASAP!!! It is nearing almost a month since my stay and I have no official agreement for my personal items to be replaced. I WANT a call back for the status of my complaint. Great stay. Comfortable

We were pleased with our stay of 3 nights. Comfortable clean room. The beds were very comfortable. A little wear and tear here and there - bathroom door was a bit dinged up, hallway carpet worn. Overall, a nice facility. The staff was very courteous and professional. The complimentary breakfast was good and food seemed fresh. We would choose this motel again.

Very friendly staff and clean

Horrible experience, with the front desk manager in particular. We booked a suite. Upon check-in, we were switched to a regular room (pet friendly), only not told of the downgrade or even asked if we wanted a regular room, nor were we given a refund for the difference in price between the regular room and suite. I've reached out several times for a price adjustment, but have yet to hear back. The room was in poor shape, carpets were horrible. In addition, the fine print on hotels.com states that pets are accepted up to 55 lbs. The hotel only accepts up to 45 lbs. Although ours was right at the limit, I was told that they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. The manager was very rude. We will not return, and I certainly don't recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with pets- they don't really like them staying.

A very comfortable, clean room. A bit small for the price though. Not a deal breaker for next time though.

Room carpet washed due to previous pet occupancy and carpet left wet. Dog hair and dirt on throw pillow and chair. Desk reluctant to relocate us but did upon insistence. Replacement room good.

Got bumped to another hotel due to overbooking (apparently there was a meeting/convention in town). The second hotel was completely fine.

There were rooms available for check in but they would not give me a room until I went back to front desk and challenged them why others were getting into a room before me . I will never stay there again .. terrible service .. playing games with me ..

Very clean room & friendly staff. We arrived early for a wedding & they staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was also excellent.
