Breakfast was good. TV had no signal in our room. Maintenance came quick with no luck. We were offered to switch rooms or reward points. We switched rooms. The pool was closed.

First off I arrived at the hotel was told I could not register as computer system was down, I was not able to get a card to room. So I hung around lobby and sat in my car for some time 3 hrs or so. I was told that I would not be charged anything. The woman behind the desk called the holiday inn right next to Hampton inn as I was able to get a room for the night there. As of now I don’t know if the computer system was back up 24 hrs later.

Slug on the wall of hotel room. The shower was handicapped which is fine but it sprayed water everywhere and soaked the bathroom floor no matter which way we turned the shower head. Pool was gross. Big globs of hair and fuzz

The service was not good as there is no room service and there was not enough towels and wash cloths available upon request. The breakfast lady working in the AM on Wednesday to Friday was rude and not friendly. Just overall disappointing. The fridge had ice sheets covering the entire fridge so my drinks couldnt be placed in the fridge.

We had an amazing stay. With 4 kids it’s never easy finding a comfortable room, we got a 1 bedroom suite and we loved it. The rooms are large and spacious. They have a nice pool/hot tub and a nice outdoor seating area The staff was great too, would definitely go back.

The air filters were dirty! These days, with COVID-19 still around, we expected them to be clean! Also, the room was very dark, no overhead lighting at all. Even when all lights were on, the room was dim. We will never go back to that Hampton, which is sad because my husband prefers Hamptons when we travel.

The Hampton Downtown Williamsport is a good average hotel in a small town. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the facility itself is a bit tired-looking — overall, it was fine.

Note: Scrambled eggs mixed with ham, please do not mix them, we do not eat ham.

Nice stay, our first room was a bit dirty but they switched it no problem. Everything was excellent after. One minor thing, the walls are a bit thin. Could hear some tv/ near by rooms and people.
