The first night we were met with roaches. They changed our room only for more roaches and mold on the shower walls. Front desk told us we had to leave because they were booked for the weekend. Didn't say anything about the conditions of the room.

Had reservations for 7 days the first 3 days had room not heat finally after 3 day they switched rooms. After complaining every day. Key did work have the time. Had to want in the lobby till 9 0 clock one night till they could get it unlocked.

No toilet paper, no blankets, no soap. Bugs crawling in, on and around the sink and toilet. Bugs smashed into the walls and left there. Bags of trash in every corner of the building. Sink full of slop that was clearly dumped in and never looked at again. Easily the most disgusting lodging I’ve ever experienced.

Nothing was good in this Hotel, I reserved two rooms but they give me one and ohhh we are sorry by mistake we reserved one I said them that I paid for two , the room was very bad smelling and also out side it was a lot drugs smells too condition of bathroom was very bad too with out parking all other things was worst and very bad

No heat no coffee, dirty heat went out no overnight staff to assist, a lot of noise would never recommend assistant manger was a rude woman!! Terrible place DO NOT STAY HERE

I liked the customer service that was given. I didn't like how the central air and heating unit was not fully functional (only AC was coming out; making the room chilly).

There needs to be more trash cans on the hallways of each floor. Trash was everywhere. There should be more trash containers in each floor hallways. There was trash left on every floor in every hallway. Which is the reason for having roaches in rooms. Your hotel should install cameras so you can see whos leaving trash everywhere charge a trash fee on there room

While the property was okay (a bit run down and not upgraded at all), the bedding needs to be replenished, especially the mattress pad (visibly stained in several places).

Disgusting and unsafe. Dead roaches in shower and refrigerator. Stove was nasty and only one burner worked. Hair in shower and sink when I asked to have it cleaned I was told they were busy but would come in morning which did not happen. People are there with huge dogs. A lot of homeless people some had 7 people on one room living next to me. I checked out after one night I didn’t feel safe. Front desk said they don’t give refunds for that reason so I was still charged for all 4 days.

Bugs found running around in bathroom in the morning. They ran when the lights came on. I was grossed out by how dirty the room was and it was hard to get in the door and all so I changed rooms. The desk person was nice. And moved me to a clean room. Unfortunately the heater didn’t work and it was cold in the room. It could’ve been fixed but maintenance didn’t even try. I got a refund for the rest of my stay and left. They decided to keep my deposit because I got a refund. That’s shady and corrupt. Will never stay here again.

For the price, I don’t expect much because that’s how most motel’s are. Just when you asked for a non-smoking room, I don’t expect the room’s linen to have smoke burns all over the comforter.

Cute place for an overnight stay. I enjoyed that my room had full size fridge and microwave. just what I needed, nothing extra. Room was clean. Comforter had cigarette burns that was weird.

This a residency hotel. Lots of people living in the units. I picked this spot because it boasted of a mini kitchen. The room is the size of a shoe box with a huge refrigerator that takes up most of the place. There were no utensils dishes pots glasses. The stove was filthy and the refrigerator had a roach walking around in it. I found a few more scurrying under the cabinets. The floors were filthy. I complained and was moved to another unit that was equally as filthy, if not worse. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and immediately offered me a refund of my second night. Because I had planned on staying for two days. Me and my wife couldn't stay there and wound up leaving a few hours after arriving. We had to spend more money on another hotel.

The place is OK, clean and efficient. But if you are not in a car, this place is not walking distance to anything; not a restaurant or service station. They do not provide anything; not coffee or snacks. So just keep that in mind.

The room door was open and the room was dirty , bed undone. Another room was assigned to us, similar conditions. There were not toilet paper in the bathroom, the smell of cigarettes was unbreakable.l. A group of young man kept walking outside the room. We told the staff in the office, but she didn't care much, si we left. , Reservation's money was not refundable

The staff at the hotel were really nice, but the hotel literally caught fire while I was staying there (like, the fire department showed up and everything). My only complaint about the staff is that they woke me up at 10am to confirm I was checking out at 11am. This would have been less of a big deal, but I was also woken up at midnight (not their fault - a result of the fire). As a hotel, they really only have one job - letting me sleep, and between the fire and the needlessly early wake-up, that didn't really happen. That being said, everyone was kind and helpful, and the fire wasn't their fault.

It is hard to find anything to like about this property. There was a man selling drugs out of one of the rooms. I went back to the hotel for the night and there were 5 cop cars, and half the building flooded. All residents had to evacuate their rooms, and the property only refunded one night. I never even stayed the night here because of this nightmare experience. Do not stay here!

Cockroaches. Would not change rooms for us. The next morning when we canceled the second night, they would not refund the two other rooms in our party (we booked 3 rooms). They somehow believed some of our party would go to another hotel, but the others would stay.

I booked nonsmoking room but they gave me smoke’s. The smell so strong. I requested room change but they don’t have room available. They asked $50 deposit but they claimed my credit card with no damages happened or no reason. I have to contact my band to disrupt the claim. I’m not satisfy with this staying.

Couldn’t check in first night, no one was at the property to check me in with my kids, Had to book another hotel, Went there next day, Checked in, First room was completely flooded, moved to a new room, Bed sheets is used, bathroom towels are used with one of them had poop on it, no lights in the bathroom, and no toilet paper, I went to the front desk and no one there with a phone up front to call 0 if anything, I called asked for clean towels, clean sheets, toilet paper, and lights, I was told they will send my request in a day or two!! While I was only staying there at that point for 2 nights. I ordered food, and toilet paper from delivery service, Went down stairs to wait for my delivery, While waiting, 2 guys came out from their room approach me and told me to leave, cuz they don’t want me hanging there, I said I’m staying here sir, They answers we telling you to leave, I went yo my room backed my stuff and booked another hotel and left, I literally stayed at that hotel for 4 hours…. It’s below expectations, people are very rude, I only booked that hotel cuz it was closer to the water park I was taking my kids to, And I’m glad that my kids didn’t stay there as they stayed at some friends that day, so they wouldn’t seen what I seen there..
