Dirt around corners of bathtub on floor. Curtains were torn as was the same in a different room six months ago. Had a cold shower in the morning. No hot water. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

The hotel smelled nice and was super clean

So -so.. our hallway had the constant smell of marijuana.. the pool was pretty dirty.. not the maintenance guys fault at all, just some rowdy guests..
also, not too pleased with having to pay separate for a continental breakfast, maybe that’s commonplace in this area though

The room was old, unclean and noisy throughout. I paid for breakfast and the waiter wanted to charge for breakfast again.

Always a great stay here.

Pillows were terrible. Bed was uncomfortable. When did bathrooms stop having fans?
6.0
So many people came down expecting to be able to eat the continental breakfast buffet that was laid out only to be stopped by the staff and told that it wasn’t complimentary. It was very off-putting. Just make the cereal and bagels free. Also, the walls were quite thin and I could hear the people next door and people talking loudly in the halls.

The property is located near a lot of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

The staff was great and the room was clean but seemed dated. There was no fan in the bathroom and they didn't have free WiFi (we used hotspots on our phone, that worked okay). The kitchen staff was great but in a world of free hotel breakfasts, they charge. Just something to know before booking.

Fantastic greeting upon arrival and VERY helpful front desk service. Room was clean, equipped with fridge, microwave oven, desk, cable outlets, plenty closet space, and nice bathroom. Housekeeping could be better. Yesterday, my room was only partially cleaned and lacked replenishment of coffee cups and ice bucket liner. Also, bed was not refreshed. At 11 am the housekeeping staff slammed almost all the surrounding doors and was SO loud that I had to discontinue my video conference meeting. TRULY, VERY VERY VERY disrupting.
Will I stay here again?…Yes, however, I will be sure to exit the building prior to housekeeping routines -by 11 am!!

The hotel overbooked rooms, even though I was booked 4 months in advance, not to mention I was part of a wedding party that had reservations for the 5th floor. I was somehow booked for 5 rooms although I had only reserved one room. I was told I was not able to reserve a room for 5 days so I was forced to have two separate bookings due to me and my wife arriving one day prior to the remaining wedding party. This was such an incredible inconvenience to me and my wife and entire wedding party. We were not allowed to be on the 5th floor as requested and granted upon arrival. I was forced to switch hotels due to the lack of communication and competence of the staff to accommodate its guests as promised. I have never had this experience even with 1 star hotels. I was ensured that I would receive Hilton Honors Rewards and it has yet to happen. To be forced to find another Hotel was down right despicable customer care on the part of Hilton. I had faith that The Hilton Brand stood behind quality service and this unfortunately was not the standard for our stay!

Nothing convenient in walking distance -- but in a nice business district so feel safe and it's quiet.

Everything was going good until we checked in and was getting comfortable. I noticed on the floor has these tiny red items. I checked in with my 1 year old and he picked one of these items up. When I went to take it from him. I noticed it was pills. I immediately contacted front desk to inform them the room was not clean and how very dangerous that situation was.

Room was nice. I like the shower shampoo and soap dispensers. The coffee in the room tasted terrible. The breakfast was disappointing! Too much money for not very good choices.

The steak was excellent and the bartender is super outgoing and friendly.

The hotel was nice and had easy check in. It’s close to food and shopping. There’s was also food and drinks available on site. What I didn’t like was that the fridge in my room had a really loud motor so it woke me up pretty often throughout the night. The toilet needed a new stopper so if I flushed I would have to make sure the handle went all the way back up so the water would run for hours.

Good place

Toilet flush didn’t work when we arrived and some areas of the hotel (like the pool area) were closed due to “maintenance” but nothing was being worked on?! Overall it’s a fine hotel but a disappointing stay

Staff was great, but fighting a facility with problems from low water pressure to uncomfortable chairs to broken air conditioning (or do they simply choose not to air-condition the corridors? kinda rough when it's 100 degrees outside). Breakfast is a scam: paying for "breakfast included" in your fare doesn't give you access to the hot food, just a very limited continental breakfast that you could purchase cheaper across the street. I would have accepted all this from a Super 8 where I'd paid $80/night, but this place charged more than three times that, and was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere near that price point in my life. That said, the staff really was trying to make it work, and was nothing but gracious, attentive, and helpful whenever I made my needs known.

The rooms could have been much cleaner. There was black mold in the shower and it had a faint smell of cigarettes in the room itself.
