Not a good stay ,bed not good at all did not want to complain after I had to move my room twice, because microwave was bent all the way in on top. A man from customer service move us to another room, which the door would not close properly you could see inside very unsafe. Finally we got a room with that was ok. Except white stains on the chairs they look permanent thank you and the carpet has stains also

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The room is spacious, very clean, comfortable bed. It has a flat and big TV. Quiet and peaceful hotel. Very kind and helpful employees. Delicious breakfast. For us, everything was perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

Stay was very good. Room was clean. Was on the second floor and could hear the third floor guest walking around during the night. Dining staff talking loud drowned out the TV news station at breakfast. Would look at other hotels in the area for next stay.

The hotel was nice with a 24/7 front desk and snack bar and really delicious free breakfast every day ( I SUGGEST YOU GET THERE WHEN BREAKFAST IS FIRST SERVED OR GET LEFT WITH SLIM PICKINGS) . The room was clean and spacious with a air conditioner that kept the room really cool, I enjoyed that . The room was also clean and has a comfortable big bed and microwave and mini refrigerator and coffee/tea maker. It has a big flat screen tv. The staff was so nice and welcoming. My only issue was the guest that was in the room above mine. Intentionally stomping ( He or she had to be Paul Bunyan or Bigfoot or The Jolly Green Giant) They even let there kid run and stomp like crazy too ! I couldn’t take it anymore and left. My advice is unless noise doesn’t bother you, Always ask for a room on the highest floor that they have so that no one will be over your head. Some people are just plain disrespectful

A nice hotel. Clean rooms nice and big and provide all dove products in bathroom. Big screen tv. Coffee maker and fridge and microwave. Nice breakfast in morning. 24 coffee and tea. Nice friendly staff. Nice night out

Our room was fairly quiet except for very hard walking (and constantly) guests. I know the hotel isn’t responsible for their behavior but what is a bit annoying is how easily we could hear their walking. Floors aren’t constructed well. Our room smelled like a salad bar instead of a nice clean and fresh hotel room.

Professional, friendly staff and a wonderful complimentary breakfast. Also I appreciated the Keurig coffeemaker in the room, so I always bring my favorite coffee!

The second floor smelled like vomit the whole time we were there. It was disgusting! There was something yellow dribbled on the floor from the lobby to the elevator, in the elevator, and on the second floor. The floors were dirty in general. Apparently nobody mops. The shower pressure was awful.
It was a fairly convenient location with many food options and shopping nearby, but none within walking distance. We were in town for a dance competition in Voorhees and this hotel was about 10 minutes away, without highways. The area was nice. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet but the hotel itself was very loud. People were making a lot of noise all night and early morning, which made it very difficult to sleep. The beds weren’t comfortable.
We might stay here again, but given the noise and the cleanliness issues, we will likely find somewhere else for next year.

We enjoyed our stay. I was a little disappointed that they did not have turkey sausage on during our stay, that was an influence for booking. But it was an excellent stay. Would definitely stay again.

Room was fine it did have a funny smell but ok.. had to call front desk about a party in the room across the hall and i do not believe they came up like they said they would. Breakfast is nice i would add potatoes

There was no paper to write on and no booklet of things to do/places to go in the area that other motels we’ve stayed at have had. Also the room above us had very squeaky floors that we could hear the occupants walking around early in the morning and late in the evening.

Not happy with the bed. I requested a King but got a Queen. Advised that a handicap room only came in Queen. Also the ice from the freezer in the refrigerator was so thick it was melting into the refrigerator. We could not use the refrigerator. The staff was good but the room did not make me happy.

Our original room had a leaking faucet; water gushed out when my daughter washed her hands. We were given another room assignment. There were little gnats flying around in the bathroom and sleeping area and hair on the floor in the bathroom and entry way. The shower curtain was improperly installed; one of the two-part pieces was missing. Housekeeping came banging on our door at 10:45 on the morning of our departure. They were ready to clean, I guess. Check out was at 11.

We were there for a sweet 16 so we booked like 6 or seven rooms. The first three were dirty hair in the bathroom not vacuumed and when I called downstairs they seemed to try and have an attitude about the situation. The breakfast was not good the best thing at breakfast was the cereal. I checked into the suite which was spacious but had a weird smell! The suite was clean but I couldn’t get over the condition of the other rooms. There was a very sweet front desk lady there I not sure of her name be she was I manger there she was very helpful!

The hotel looks very modern inside. The room was amazing. They had a big screen samsung tv and everything was in working order. Nice buffett breakfast as well. It was in a quiet location which is what i wanted.

During my 4 night stay, there was no room cleaning or towels changed. In fact it looked like no service person visited the room. It was OK, but I wonder if this is the new ‘normal’.
