Everything was good except for our pull out bed the mattress smelled like urine and our bathtub needs renovating but other than that it was great.

Made a late reservation but, upon arrival, found the front desk was closed. Made a couple of phone calls from the lobby to no avail and ended up booking at another hotel down the road. Very disappointing customer service! I will not consider this brand in the future.

Staff was fabulous. Rooms however are extremely dated and uncomfortable. Couches were ripped and stained. Shower head was turned out of the tub. Definitely would not stay again. But the staff was wonderful!

The property is nice, very convenient, very good staff,and very clean. But what i didn't like was having to walk through the smell of weed. It was so bad that i could bearly breathe. And also something happened. I don't know what it was but i got on the elevator and a young man was on it with me and he had a gun. And he was wearing a hoodie. He was acting suspicious. I was very scared for my life. So i will not be back.

My stay is going good so far. Had to clean my own room when I checked in. I don’t like the fact people are allowed to smoke in their rooms. I hate the smell of cigarettes, the stairwell smells like cigarettes. Someone keeps propping the side door open with a rock, that is a safety concern. Wish the payment plan was more flexible. Housekeeping could do a lot better job of cleaning.

I didn’t get to stay at the hotel because hotels.com overbooked and the hotel had no vacancy. Hotels.com says they cannot reach the hotel to issue a refund and yet the hotel says they issued a refund to a virtual card. Worst experience ever and I will never go through hotels.com or any other 3rd party for a hotel. Had to stay in a Sleep Inn instead. Hotels.com is refusing to issue a refund due to the no refund policy despite the hotel not having a room for me.

Easy to go outside and walk my dog. The suite with kitchen was large with a full size refrigerator which I did not expect. I would have gone grocery shopping before checking in for 1 nite.

When we first arrived everything was great, the customer service was great, we had brought our two dogs with us so I had requested the first floor just easier outside access. We had went out to dinner came back and wanted to relax and enjoy a quite night, but the people above us on the second floor (they must live in the hotel) were very loud, stomping, did not show any respect for the ones below them so I finally called the front desk and they said they would take care of it...an hour later the people started to settle down. I would’ve changed rooms, but I had my family and dogs with me. I did let the office know the next morning that it was the worst night I have ever had in a hotel room as I was walking out the door. Never again!

It was a very horrible stay this time I was on a business trip again for 3 1/2 weeks at this extended stay in Charlotte North Carolina off of Pavel Matthews Road employees were horrible the cleanliness was horrible they kept double charging me every night for some reason and I’ve never seen this place cost as much as it did per night as it did this time I paid one 1596 per night to $157.29 per night which is very ridiculous if you ask me that’s enough to pay per night at the Hilton downtown Charlotte North Carolina which I should’ve done because my experienceWould have been a lot better than experience I had here this time I will never ever stay here at this property ever again is playing out ridiculous how they are allowed to up charge the guest the way they do.

This is the 2nd time I have used this hotel for my staff while they are in town training. The hotel itself was fine, not complaints there. My employee who stayed at this hotel on two sep occasions had an issue with the staff at the front desk during check in (same person at the desk both times). She said the agent at the desk was very rude to her upon check in. She asked her how old she was (she was 19). She was told she could check in due to her age unless someone over the age of 21 was able to physically come and check her in. I as her manager live over an hour away and that was impossible. The agent was extremely rude to my staff. This was no fault of hers. Upon booking the hotel there was no mention of an age req. She was eventually able to check in. I called in advance prior to her 2nd trip and spoke with front desk. I was told it would be fine for my staff to visit the hotel again because it was a business trip and they would note the acct. When my staff arrived she was told there was no reservation on file even though she presented the hotels.com conf. Again agent Diane was rude to her again. I spoke with Diane and she told me the reservation was not at this hotel. She was rude to me on the phone. After about 10 mins later and me having to pull over and give her the info that she already had she found it. Upon check out my staff member was questioned again about her age even though we got the approval. I will not send my staff here again.

Very clean and updated. Room was very spacious. But, breakfast is just snacks. We were counting on a standard free breakfast like other hotels provide before my son's hockey game. But it was pitiful. Also, no hairdryers or cups in the rooms. You have to ask and go get hairdryer from front desk. When we asked for cups, we were told they only have one but could give us coffee mugs. We stay in a lot of hotels for travel hockey. These 3 things are usually standard: breakfast, cups, and hairdryers. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. We'd just come prepared next time.

I book a room thinking I could use the pool they say they have only ton get there and the pool isn’t even open which DOES NOT SAY ANYWHERE ON WEBSITE the pool is closed it says it open but it really not so I got there and didn’t want to stay bc I couldn’t use pool and they gave me attitude and no refund I had to get another hotel with a real open pool
