The hotel smelled bad, in the lobby and on the floor with rooms. The toilet in our room did not flush. Called the front desk and they told us to hold the handle down longer. Not just a couple of seconds more but like 30 seconds… so the bowl would fill up. There were 4 adults in the room. That is a long time when each one of us goes to the bathroom. The air conditioning never got cool enough in the room. We had it on high. The breakfast was nice and the service at breakfast was good. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here.

Very clean besides the pillow on our bed that had hair all over it and a stain that looked like lipstick or blood. I sent an email to the manager but never heard back and we paid 1000$ for 2 nights bc of a concert in town. Staff was nice but told me to email manager instead of handling directly with front desk. Coffee was great. Bed very comfortable once I checked everything else was clean. Breakfast was not that great. A waffle maker for a hot breakfast would be nice. Shuttle guy was very sweet.
Housekeeping checked on us twice during our stay.

Check in was easy. Breakfast was very good with an adequate selection of breakfast items. There were some problems with my room. Half the lights in the bathroom were inoperative. The vanity counter top was coming loose from its fitting. The desk chair always sank to the lowest level when I was sitting in it and there wasn't any other chair to sit in. When the AC/heater vent was on, the curtain stood away from the window. It was very quiet in the hotel, even though it was very full each night. The hotel is conveniently located. I would stay there again if travelling in the area. The furniture is starting to show its' age from useage.

Everything was stained and old looking. The toilet ran constantly but the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The property is old. There was rust on the lamp and the bathroom fixtures. Very humid - our clothes were wet. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage. Unless I didn’t have another viable option I would not stay here again.

This hotel was too far off our path. We did not get our money back yet. Hopefully Expedia will give it back so I can remove the unhappy face.

This place is not safe. I had a bad experience in the elevator with a guy to tried to grabbed my shopping bags.away my hands. Not security After that I felt not safe.

The room had a bathroom door that didn’t shut. Told the front desk and they moved us to a smaller room. Room was still okay just wish we could have had the same size room.

My room was dirty. Floors in bathroom had not been swept/ mopped, bathroom counter was dirty and has dried rice on it. A/C didn’t work properly, and looked moldy. Direct TV went out for a bit during our stay. Some breakfast items were unavailable due to broken equipment.

It had a funny smell the ceiling fan had dust on it the carpets in the hallway had big spots needs to be cleaned the coffee maker in the room has pack that has all of the accommodations that you need for your coffee in plastic but they just put the sugar stir stick back off in the cup without it being in the plastic so that means that the previous customers had opened it and didn’t use it so they just put it back in there for the next person to use.

The young lady at check in was the least friendly receptionist I’ve encountered. While not being outright rude, it was clear she didn’t want to be there. The hot breakfast set up was awkward and required using both hands while balancing your plate on a narrow ledge. When inevitable spills occurred the hotel breakfast attendants muttered and fussed about it continuously. Also, was hard to sleep due to constant street noise and a continuously running toilet.

This hotel had an odor in the hallway that smelled like a soiled pamper. The sheets made me itch, the room smelled stale, and there was urine stains on the side of the toilet; it wasn’t cleaned properly.

Bed appeared to be slept in and the bathroom toilet ran all night. The a/c unit temp could not be changed and stayed at 70 / hot all night.

Enjoyed our stay in Oxford!! The hotel was small but well maintained. Beds were VERY comfortable and I loved that there were both firm and soft pillows available.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Was there for my concerns.
Had issue with ants in my sink, and on the counter. I had to keep spraying in order for them to not get into my toiletries.

Due to the hotel being at capacity, I was unable to gain early access to the room even though the attendant processed my check-in and payment. Further, when I got to the room, there was a used bar of soap and mold in the shower. The front desk was very accommodating and transferred me to another room.

Room has a nice kitchenette area. It is super spacious. The mattress is the best we got in a hotel for the past 5 years.

The facility is less than 5 stars as I had an issue with the cleanliness of the room. However, when notified, the general manager went above and beyond to remedy the situation. For that, I give HER 5 stars!

My room smelled musty. The drink vending machine was out of order and no one was actively attending the front desk. There was no one to bring these issues to.

Hotel stay was average. I expected a clean hotel room and received a room with a rusted fridge, heavy dust on the walls/ceiling fan/ and dirty carpet. This room wasn’t the worst we have seen but wasn’t the best I’ve stayed in either. I was expecting more from the pictures provided on the website, especially for the price per night.
