We paid $8 for the breakfast and while that's not a lot, it was a waste of money as there wasn't really anything offered. We ended up going out to eat. Room was very clean and comfortable. Night front desk person was helpful. Felt like we were in a safe area and actually went outside a few times late at night with no more concern than usual. Rate was a lil high for my personal liking, but still very reasonable. I would stay here again.

The pool area was out of control. No attention from the staff regarding the behavior of other guests blatantly disregarding posted rules.

I'm really glad I stayed here! Front desk was wonderful and Elsa always greeted the breakfast buffet guests with a warm "good morning! Management was very professional and helpful! Will definitely stay again! Awesome location.

The room was nice and breakfast was very good. One of the main reasons for booking at this hotel was the indoor pool but it was not in service and there was no remedy offered. We wanted our room cleaned (beds made, fresh towels) so we made an appointment but the person who made the appointment made it for 3:30 (at our request) but the cleaning service left at 3:00 so we didnt get our room cleaned. We had a child with us and because there was no pool and little to do at the hotel we checked out a day early wasting $120.00. So although there were some good things about the hotel the pool was a big amenity that was just overlooked with no compensation, unexpectable. Also the juice machine was broken at breakfast but again no remedy. That an easy fix by putting out a few cartons of juice. This hotel seems to fall short when it comes to problem solving or compensation.

The most only reason I decided to stay at this hotel was for the pool but upon my arrival I was told that the pool was closed. I was very disappointed and left the hotel. I’ve asked for a refund and they have denied it when Expedia called to confirm my departure. Looks like the hotel wants to keep my money. Plus the rooms needs updating and the juice machine was broken.

The staff, especially the lady that worked Sunday morning for breakfast, was absolutely amazing!!!
They were so kind and helpful while also busting their butt to keep everything stocked!
We were very upset the pool was closed for maintenance the entire weekend as that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Our fridge in our room wasn’t the best which was stressful as a breastfeeding mom but we were able to keep ice in our cooler.
Great location for dining and shopping though!

The staff was awesome! Ms Desiree at the front desk handled a situation that arose from Expedia. She explained everything, and everything was sorted out. The breakfast ladies were very kind . They kept the area stocked and clean. The breakfast was quite tasty! The room was decent. It was just minor cosmetics in that area. The black out curtains did not totally black out the window. The hallway walls and the windows are thin. I could hear people talking outside the room.

I awlays have a good experience here. We were a little bummed out that the thermostat was out for the pool, causing it to be closed thos time. But, things happen. So I cant hold it against the hotel. I am in town every-other weekend and we typically stay here.

Staff was friendly and helpful, thorough I waited a few minutes with no one at the counter when I arrived. The bathroom had specks of dirt or grime on the toilet seat and counter when we arrived. The pull-out sofa bed in our "room for 6" was very rickety and had a broken support wire. There were people taking and laughing loudly in the hallway right outside our door at 1:00am.
Nice points so far: good space, comfortable normal beds with very nice pillows, good-size "mini fridge", good cups for water and other little amenities.
Overall pretty good experience, but the dirtiness in the bathroom that was pretty easy to clean with a wet tissue (showing low cleaning standards by staff) was concerning and discomforting.

Booked through Expedia - there was semen stains on the picture frame, dead bugs and other bodily fluid stains on the desk. Disgusting, unsafe and utterly repulsive.

My experience with this property was bittersweet. I discovered black mold in my shower the staff moved me immediately after I alerted them..but in my being moved so quickly to the new room I inadvertently left my phone charger plugged into the outlet. When I told the staff this, they allowed me to go back to check for it and it was gone. Also the lobby floors and carpets weren’t cleaned the whole weekend that I stayed there! You can hear the showers cone on in the other rooms. You can hear conversations also. The property needs a lot of maintenance.

I liked the quietness. I didn't like the security deposit that I had no pervious knowledge of being the reason I couldn't do what I went to the city for.

The inside updates are great, it was really clean and nice! The inside looks better than the outside (it just needs some fresh paint) but it's on a busy road and you could hear trucks going by. Overall, it was a great deal for what we paid and I'd stay there again.

Easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was plenty big enough for our family of 4 and it was clean. Breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast. Kids loved the pool. Very nice for the price

Ok stay. Nice room but window was broken, off track, tried to fix it but couldnt. So it was a little noiser than we wanted. 2nd floor so security wssnt a huge issue but could have been. Desk offered different room but we were getting ready to go to sleep. Breakfast good.
