So close to viaduct harbour. Literally 50m through arcade. Plenty of space with all amenities
Was a bit noisy on Saturday night however quiet on the Sunday night. Fine with windows closed. Leather couch looks lovely but springs are broken and it’s uncomfortable

I can't speak highly enough about the communications from the time of booking to our exit. I was kept informed about everything. It was the perfect amount of dialogue, but I knew someone was available if any issues arose. Organisationally hosts were 10/10. The App for check in/facilities/services was also an added bonus - really easy to use; really clear instructions; just the right amount of information.
My bad, but location was a blessing and a curse. Great because we were so close to the Viaduct so a 30 second walk home, but the noise from the bars on the second night (which was slightly more sedentary for us) was significant. Could speculate that it may have been related to the All Blacks playing earlier in the evening however decibels were a little too high - it's not as if you can ask them to turn it down :)

Lots of space and it had everything we needed.
Door codes can be a little bit annoying.

Comfortable, convenient location
I arrived from overseas with luggage and couldn’t get into the apparent for 90min. The access code was incorrect and I had no contact number and no reception. Your Ai response was out of context and incorrect with its information.
I was sitting on the stairs wondering where I was going to sleep for the night. I eventually got some phone assistance via a lady who was helping me with the access code. It turned out I was given the wrong code and incorrect instructions to use the code.
