Great experience for two families with 2 young kiddos - breakfast and a water park made mornings easier!

The water park is GREAT! Breakfast was GREAT! I feel like the curtains and carpet in the rooms are still from the 70’s and they do hold that dusty old sort of smell. If the hotel owners could spend to improve that you would definitely have a brand new-ish hotel! We enjoyed our stay either way and would go again.

This hotel and water park exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place for a family of four. Having a separate room for the adults with a door, the kid bunk room with a door, and a separate living area was a huge plus.
