Well hotel was quite ok.. Cleanliness overall good. Some of the frontliners were nice. Can improve in many ways though regarding service offered to customers.

The hotel interior paint is dark and grey even if it’s well lighted, prefer to have a lighter color.

We were on fourth floor , the bathroom had a major ant problem crawling all over walls and counter.

Family weekend blast down to Toronto from Ottawa, family needed a break, roads looked to be clear, so off we went. I picked this hotel in the east end of Toronto to avoid all the mess crossing over to Mississauga area. Saved an hour plus on travel time. Hotel is a five minutes from everything you need, and right beside the 401, making it easy to blast off to anywhere. We played tourist downtown and were really glad the the hotel was away from the madness of the core area.
Staff were all fantastic, hotel had all we needed, pool and work out spaces were great. Breakfast worked out well for us, and their coffee bean grinding machine is fantastic, 7/24.
Lots of parking, easy access, and a real family friendly vibe across the place

The stay was fine. The pullout bed was horrible which we needed for our time here. Had an issue with noise but the front desk dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Overall a decent stay.

The meeting room next door to my room was opened for someone at 1am. That person was on his phone and very loud. I called front desk to see if they could ask the person to speak quietly. They did ask him but he continued until just after 2am. It puzzles me that the meeting room would be opened to someone for that purpose and at that time.

The check-in was amazing, friendly and they were able to accommodate 4 separate bookings (booked separately) on the same floor as we were all travelling from throughout Ontario for a family gathering. They were happy to be able to assist us. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was yummy with great options: gluten free, 4 types of milk (oat, almond, etc). Wonderful coffee options (lattes, etc..), yummy pastries and great hot food. Parking was plentiful, free and easy. Definitely worth the stay.

We did not rest in this hotel. Youth hockey league was in town and it seemed as though they all stayed here. They were partying in the hallways - talking loudly, drinking and playing music all evening. They had their coolers in the hallways, like it was a tailgate party. Their children were playing hockey in the hallway as well. Hotel management had a hard time controlling their activity, particularly the night managers. They had to call the Toronto Police due to the noise explosion and unruly customers. You can tell that these adult customers had been drinking quite a bit from their behavior and their interactions with the front desk staff and other paying customers.
The only staff that made our stay tolerable - day time manager : Leah and front desk staff: Keira.
Kitchen staff also helped with our wonderful breakfast. Thank you !
I don’t recommend this hotel if you want to rest and sleep, especially if the hockey league is in town for their tournaments. This hotel seems to be their pick so stay away during this time.

Staff was very rude and not understanding. Room was expensive for what it was. The breakfast was amazing and the girl preparing it was so lovely.

Right off the 401, easy to find and get to. Their housekeeping policy is strange to us, they only offer full service after five-day stays. But we had huge TV screen, fridge, and microwave, as well as coffee machine.

Clean and great staff.
Breakfast very good
