Location between the lake and Union Station was excellent. Room size and view were very good, coffee supplies in the room very nice.

Location was great.
My room that I booked 2 months in advanced was not ready at 3:30 pm. They wanted me to wait. I said no as I had dinner arrangements. They gave me a different room with no view. Not impressed.

The room where we stared was spacious enough to be with three of us, and the location was very nice. It's near the station and the bigger one, which was Union Station, accessible to anywhere. The view from the room was also good, we could enjoy the harbour view.
If there were three slippers in a room, which would be much better because we stayed with three.
