The check in was easy, the hotel lobby is lovely, the hotel is nice and clean, the room was spotless and sizeable with everything you need.
I am a New Zealander and we have espresso machines in our hotel rooms so the only thing I didn't like was the coffee.

We stayed here for a night. It was comfortable for 3 of us. Liked having the room and the separate sitting area and kitchenette.

It was nice to have all the amenities we needed. A small kitchen and fridge and a nice bathroom and bedroom.
We had a great experience, couldn’t fault the hotel.

Proximity to Union, and Scotiabank Arena.... the ease with communications from the moment I booked. The room was great, spacious, modern, with everything I needed.
The only thing was the screaming in the middle of the night from a balcony or somewhere outside my window that woke me up and kept me up. (at 4AM)

Very clean and very friendly staff! they upgraded my room to city view on e they found out this was my first international trip!

I was very happy with the amount of space I had: a kitchenette, a nice-sized bathroom, a desk in the room. I had to work one of the days and the desk was great. I also liked being able to keep fruit and cut it up in the kitchen. The staff was super friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. It was also fairly centrally located -- easy walking distance to the CN Tower and waterfront; slightly longer walking distance to Kensington Market and the Ontario Art Gallery.
The business district is a little boring and there is a TON of construction going on, making sidewalk navigation tricky. And I don't know if this happens a lot, but each night I was there, there were bozos on extraordinarily loud motorcycles roaring around the neighborhood at least until midnight, when I went to sleep (with a white noise machine).

Great location
The bed was very hard, very uncomfortable. No box-spring , just a mattress on platform. Rock Hard.

It was located a walk away from at Lawrence market and the Eatons centre which is why o chose it.
Room looked tired, bed not as comfy as other hotels I’ve stayed in. View was dissapointing.

easy to walk around city streets
small rooms have to wait about 4 hours to get in room because they had some issues we walk in about 3 pm and rooms wasn’t ready to in till 7pm

nice room
room wasn’t ready when we got there and should have been. they gave us free valet and then charged our credit card and I had to call to get reimbursed

Room was comfirtable
No water bottles provided. No bar snacks or drinks provided. Room not made up after the first night of a 2-day stay. The cost per night is on a par with significantly better hotels. I have stated at the Cosmo many times previously, but this time I was very disappointed.

The location is fantastic. The room is spacious and the bed super comfortable. Nice bathroom and having the little kitchen is a nice addition.
The only downside is the lack of real blackout blinds but not a deal breaker!
