Amazing, the views are incredible. The hotel has so many amenities, hot tub, fitness, pool, steam room, the lost goes on. There are 3 restaurants and a coffee shop. That would be the only thing i wouldnt give 5 stars, the food is not that great but its hard to care when youre eating infront of that view.

Our time at Garden of the Gods Resort & Club was amazing! From the location, to the service, to the amenities - we loved every minute of it. We were there for a girls weekend celebrating 2 birthdays, and we had the best time. Maria and Wendy were both wonderful and gave us the best service + customer care. We can't wait to go back!

There were a couple off issues with this hotel in terms of service.
The valet didn’t appear to be interested in helping me valet my car. Their greeting was cold. I ended up self parking. The bellman was polite and friendly so I thought things would get better but that wasn’t the case. When i checked in, I asked to be upgraded since it noted I could get an upgrade as an Expedia VIP. Although there were options, the supervisor on duty opted not to upgrade me. My room was located at the end of a wing, under construction.
Despite the room being nice, I was disappointed that my room was located in an active construction zone. There was a pungent smell in the hallway.
It was so bizarre that I was given a room on the side of the hotel that’s under construction. Virtually no one else was on that side.

The view is spectacular! The staff was very kind and friendly. The amenities were fabulous, I only wish there was a sauna where the pool and indoor hot tub are. I will definitely be back.

We stayed in the Casitas which are the luxury stores and it was one of the most pleasant experiences of my life! The room was gorgeous and immaculate, all of the staff was hospitable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Worth every penny guys, we highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved this resort! Everything was beautiful. I really enjoyed the thoughtfulness of all the amenities. They provide enormous towels, Molton Brown bath/shower/lotion, just so many little touches that made our experience so wonderful. We’ve stayed at many hotels/resorts all over the world but can honestly say this has been one of our favorites. Our neighbors were obnoxiously noisy our last night but that’s not the resorts fault. We can’t wait to return.

I liked the view from the main dining area but I will never choose a cottage again to stay because there was no view and no easy connection to the main part of the hotel

Such a great stay, in one of the greatest place in the work. One of the most beautiful view and the most comfy bed that you can ask for. Super nice front desk, great music and the best food…A lady was singing heavenly in the night bar.

The property was in a nice location.
Problems are:
-First room stank so we had to be moved. Second room had dirty foot tracks on carpet.
-Broken glass in common are outside our room.
-Staff refused to tell us where an ice machine was located at so we could get our bucket filled. Requested ice never showed up when ordered the first night.
-Food at property’s restaurant served spoiled trout during dinner and salad had too much dressing. Subsequently ended up with mild food poisoning.
-Tried to speak to maid about room needs but she spoke no English and did not appear to have a back up that did.

Everything was incredible, great staff, food, views. The only improvement would be the beds and especially the pillows could be much more comfortable.

Views great and staff very attentive to making stay enjoyable. A few things require maintenance. Also, schedule maintenance Christmas light hangers to start later instead of morning when people sit out on their patios.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The view from the room was spectacular. The staff were courteous and adequate. Dining experience was fair; the view was great but the food was often too cool. The athletic facilities were of no benefit to us; they were not mentioned at check-in and we had no idea of how to access or use them.
