After an 11 hour day of travel, we were looking forward to a good night's rest. Checked in just before midnight and crashed. We were awoken at 7:30 am by housekeeping barging into the room unannounced. Upon becoming aware of each others presence, she apologized and left. Trying to return to sleep, our efforts were once again stifled by the room phone ringing. By the time I was able to reach the phone, there was no one there. Again, our attempt to return to sleep was interrupted by a loud and angry knock on the door! My wife answered the door and was interrogated by the front desk clerk as to who we were and why were we in that room. It seems the clerk that checked us in, assigned us to the wrong room. No apologies, no offer to compensate us for our trouble. Thanks BWP Carter Lake, now we know where NOT to stay next time.

Had an okay experience which was fine for a quick 1-night stay. However, the woman at the front desk was far from welcoming. Then our room was missing the room number and the main light in the room was not functioning. Was not a terrible experience but would not come back or recommend to family/friends

When I checked in at 6pm there was nobody to be seen at the front desk. Finally, a woman came in from her boyfriend’s car and was anything but pleasant because I interrupted her. I felt very unsafe. I had a connecting room which I hate when traveling alone. I didn’t want to bother her even more to switch. I just didn’t feel safe in that hotel at all!!

Waited 10 minutes at the desk before someone came up. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her and whatever she was doing. Check in was easy but rude customer service

This was a part of a business trip. The shuttle service to and from the airport was good. The check in was easy. The room was large with a comfortable bed and hot water for the shower. The breakfast was fresh with good variety.

I called earlier to let them know I would be in late as my flight didn't come in until after midnight and I didn't want them to charge me a cancel fee. When I checked in, they said they already have somebody with that nae who checked in but that was not the case. I showed my ID and they were like oh no. That just tells me they did not check the ID of the person who actually got my room. They finally did get a room, but when I got there the key didn't work therefore having to go back don with my luggage and have them rekey again. I have stayed there many times and never had this issue, but this last trip was more than unbecoming.

Well i have stayed there many times and it is great.Great restuant across the street. But this time we got snowed in and couldn't go.Tried to cancel but no way. Called 3 days before but they don't give refunds. And they were under the same blizzard warning with more snow piling up I will deffently stay when i go to Omaha. But next time find out how to get a refund under emergencies.

I’ve been staying at Best Westerns for decades because in general they are a bit more comfortable, clean, and quiet. Breakfast is usually very good. In this case, there was no hot breakfast, only a few measly apples for fruit, no oatmeal, and no breakfast service staff. The room definitely needed a refresh and there was dark mold around the edge of the tub. A very noisy party was going on down the hallway. Disappointed? Very. I would have been better off at Motel 6.

It is a basic Best Western. Location is right near airport, shuttle was very convenient. My biggest issue is the breakfast. I chose this hotel based on the hot breakfast advertised. I was only staying one night and had a full day of travel ahead of me. The breakfast was an egg sandwich in a plastic wrapper, that was it, no hot breakfast. I get that I was there on Christmas, however I would have chosen a different hotel had I known that is what the breakfast would be.

All staff were super nice. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Plus, the breakfast starts with a continental very early - great with early flights. Shuttle to and from the airport was on time and speedy.

The hotel was fine. Our problems were with transportation from the airport to the hotel to get our vehicle. We called as soon as we arrived and were told the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes. 3 phone calls and 45 minutes later in the cold wind, we finally gave up and got a cab. Don't advertise a service if you aren't going to provide it.

We booked a room here because our flight arrived late from NYC. And coming from NYC we were almost spent. We were welcomed with the nicest lady at check in, and in the morning the breakfast was great and then...the pool and hot tub totally revived us from our trip!! I recommend this hotel before and after your flight for sure!!

I was very pleased with the hotel. I didn’t expect a swimming pool and hot tub, a room with many conveniences such as microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, and early breakfast. I would always choose this hotel when traveling to Omaha.

Power went out no back up generators. Refused to refund money were without power 3 hours with an early morning flight to catch. Manager was rude. My kids were in a room with no lights or best for 3 plus hours and all we received was a sorry it happens.

It was a quiet and peaceful hotel there wasn’t a bunch of junkies hanging around it and I felt like it was a safe environment to have my kid around I give it a 10/10 and would recommend there hotel to anyone I will be returning for my next trip

We loved the size of the room. My only complaint was in the morning my sister went into the breakfast area and said good morning to a worker. There was a gentleman there as well. The worker did not respond at all to my sister which is whatever but the when the worker came back around the man sitting there said to the worker that it was customary when someone greets you, you should respond. Then all of a sudden the worker started commenting on the gentlemans appearance and threatening to call the cops because they thought he might be a vagrant.
