Staff were excellent especially Veronica. Air con was excellent and very easy to operate. Excellent value for money. Central location. Breakfast could be improved. Not much variation. Orange juice machine was empty on 1 of the days we were there. Noticed some customers being provided with specially made coffees but there were no indications anywhere that this service was available.

I liked staff, they were friendly and very helpful when AC didn’t work. I will stay here again.

Great location just around the corner from the train station. (I skipped the Pisa Mover and walked from the airport, it's only ~ 1 mile, and the same to the Tower).
Great breakfast.
