Staff was nice and we appreciated the breakfast. The advertisement about renovations are misleading. Our room looked like the bedding was new, an accent wall was painted and new pictures maybe, and possibly new mattresses (didn’t check but they were comfortable). The furniture, bed skirt, carpet, and bathroom were very worn with stains on the carpet and arm chair and mold in the bathroom.
I should have asked to move to a different room and if the other room wasn’t any better, we should have moved to another hotel. We were so busy and limited on time, we didn’t. Lesson learned for the future though.
When returning the room keys I asked if all the rooms were all complete from renovations and I was told they were. The so called renovations were sorely lacking big time.

Went to a reunion that was held close by in another hotel. Even with the group rate at the other hotel my room cost less and came with a great breakfast. Room was very clean and quiet. I will stay here again when in Dothan.

The room was ok the only thing i would change is the ac unit it is loud they need to awitch to central AC. I had to switch rooms because the unit was so loud.. it was hard to get a good night sleep

A sour mildew smell I had to change rooms because the shower was filthy and the front desk clerk quickly changed to another room which the smell was horrible I had to go to target to Fe breeze it but the tub was dirty and gritty

Our room faced a side street that circled a large big box store. There was a lot of traffic on that street. I made sure the drapes were shut tightly and turned some soft music on, and slept well. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Room rate was good.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, the hallway had a mothball odor. Our actual room smelled like urine and it seemed to come from the heat/ac unit ny the window.
The second and first floor hallways including the breakfast room all smelled great.

It was a little hard to get into but it was an excellent experience overall.

Reagan made quick work of our check-in and was very pleasant. Our King bed room was very comfy and clean. The bed was nice with plenty of pillows. The lounge chair has seen better days and was only good for holding clothes, not people! There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom.
Pauline provided a nice warm breakfast with several hot options. Parking was right out front.

Staff were friendly but the seat of the arm chair in my room was broken. Also the cleaners need to do a better job. The clothes closet hadn't been vacuumed and there was a lot of dust behind the nightstand. The windows were dirty and the elevator had tons of finger smudges on the stainless steel.

Very fast check in. Place was clean staff friendly and helpful. Rooms was up to standards and bathroom really clean evev microwave and fridge. Would stay again when in Dothan and recommend it to others.

1st time stay at this hotel and chain. Served our overnight stay needs well with ample sized room and very comfortable bed. Room was cleaned well. Breakfast was good.

We stopped here on our way to Florida. It was a great price and we enjoyed our stay.

Decent for the price but our room smelled like pot and the floor had many stains.

They had no a/c running in the halls or common areas. I know it is end of October but this area maintains highs in 80's this time of year. I turned the a/c on high cool and my room never got comfortable. I was hot all night which makes for bad sleeping conditions.

Please don’t stay here. They offered at least 3 rooms each smelled really loud of mildew. When brought to the attention of staff no apology was ever offered or refund. After offering the third room she walked up with my fiancé and said she would bring febreze which isn’t gonna help mildew smell. She never bright febreze . THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED IS BC AFTER paying $130, they would not give a refund even after seeing the condition of the room and the smell. I woke up sneezing and coughing! Worst hotel experience ever!

The hotel was quiet and the breakfast and coffee was delicious. The condition of the room wasn’t as nice as I had remembered. The carpet needs to be replaced due to the moldy smell and stains.

We stayed here six months ago. In room 314 the armchair was broken, and it’s still broken!

Price was right.
The room was musty smelling. Host did not offer to change room,"turn the air up" was her solution. She was not very helpful when asked to suggest local restaurants.

The bed sheets were never changed from the last person who stayed. The rooms both smelled like old cigarettes and were very humid.
