Fantastic Hotel in a great location. Loved the pool and spa area. All of the staff were welcoming and professional. Check in was quick, and easy.
Breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice.
Easy for the train station just 5 mins walk and the Tram stop.
Just the pillows which were poor quality, everything else fabulous.

The hotel is beautiful and the views from the suite booked were amazing! The breakfast buffet was very good, with over 100 items as advertised.
Our suite was amazing with a beautiful view of the river and the old city. However, the AC was not working and with the current heatwave this was a problem! I went down to the desk and they said they were going to send maintenance, but were unable to do anything to fix it. I asked about another suite but all others were occupied. My wife did not want to give up the view so we stayed there, but were hot during the night. Next morning I talked to the manager, who wished we had been offered one of the fans they had available. Too late!! No compensation was offered.
