Room was cool when we arrived. Very clean and lots of easy access to things. People were very helpful and useful. Not a lot of nice locations around it and pool was fairly small but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Loved SunBreeze Suites and the staff were great. Tried to use the pool but too cold. Really liked our little condo and the extra amenities.
However we hated San Pedro & will not be back.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is perfect for activities and close walking distance to restaurants. The bedrooms in our unit was quiet when the door closed.

Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and fresh fruit. Never needed to use a golf cart. Golf carts are overwhelming at times. Too many. Being close to everything (dive shops, restaurants, etc) is such a plus for a family group (8 infant). The rooms are great—full kitchen and coffee always available. Would stay again.

Very convenient and walkable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with booking a golf cart for us. My only complaint would be that we woke up with bug bites every morning.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff at the hotel were so nice and accommodating!
We really enjoyed that the hotel is smack in the middle of San Pedro, so it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops and as easy to rent golf carts to use when wanting to venture further out.
The room had a huge king size bed, a nice outside porch area and a very spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom.
There’s a small restaurant in the hotel that offers limited (but tasty) food choices and drinks as well.
We definitely stay here again in the future!

Sunbreeze Suites is clean and quiet. Staff at the front desk were helpful upon check-in and during stay. Food and beverage staff were abysmal, and demonstrated a degree of laziness and apathy at a level I have rarely encountered. For an hour and a half while I swam and sunbathed at the pool as the only potential customer, I was not approached once with an offering of either food or beverage. Three food and beverage employees proceded to talk on their phones and stare at their screens rather then offer any type of customer service during the entire hour and a half I was present. I will not be returning or recommending Sunbreeze Suites based on the observed behavior described.

It was my first time in Belize. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location is great. Walking distance from water taxi.

Front desk and staff were always helpful and professional. The location is convenient to Town Square, as well as the airport and ferry to Belize City. The docks for scuba and snorkeling are walking distance from the hotel. Being a suite, the room had everything we needed for an outstanding stay.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms (condo's) were updated and very clean and beautifully decorated. All the amenities needed were provided. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was right in downtown, so easy to walk and drive golf carts from. However, once you got in your room, it was very quiet. No city noises and gorgeous views!!
The bar and restaurant on site, Jambel's was amazing!!

I loved the apartment/condo like rooms with an outdoor pool and restaurant on the premises. It was the best trip ever....affordable and easy to see and do everything great!

As a solo traveler, I was worried about safety. The staff at the property assured me that I would be just fine and I definitely was. Everywhere I went, people were very friendly. This was the perfect location, right in downtown San Pedro. Don’t forget to try out the Jamaican restaurant onsite. The food was amazing! I will definitely be back.

Seabreeze suites is a nice, quiet hotel with very spacious rooms that have superb views to the beach. The hotel is located close to the downtown area as well as the airport. You can walk to all the local attractions and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant and bar with great drinks and delicious Belizean food.

The property was okay. Wish it had a bar so I could socialize with other guests or visitors. There was a family in a home next door that fought a lot, baby crying, it was very loud. As well, outdoor noise was sometimes a bit much. It was a super busy area and I think next time, I would stay somewhere outside of the downtown area.

We liked everything - staff very helpful, property immaculate, great views, walkable to shopping and attractions, glass bottom boat incredible experience, close to water taxi, pool great, we were a group of parents and son with his family including a 5 year old grand daughter and they made all of us feel special - we would stay there again

The Sunbreeze was a fabulous location with large suites, minutes from the airport and right on the water. The chef is excellent and the staff go above and beyond!

Room smelled horribly. We had to keep sliding door closed and buy air freshener in order too reduce bad smell of the dead seaweed outside. Staff was great. I dont know how they breath this in all day.

The property is located waterfront, convenient distance to many dining option and stores. size of the room is good, amenity is fine. Staff are helpful. In room AC is cool for the weather, just the wind will direct blow to you when stay in the living room. Everything is good except of the AC.
