We booked this hotel because it was close to Roma Termini station. The hotel and the rooms are small, there is no elevator, overall clean. We encounter a problem with the AC the very first day. The AC wasn't working, and we were in late June, after a whole day outside under the sun, and with temperatures of 97°-110°. They couldn't help us the first night but I have to say customer service was great. They came to the room as soon as we called and since they couldn't fix it the next day they moved us to another room. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would give then 11/10 when it comes to customer service.

"Very nice little hotel in the heart of the city, just a few minutes from Termini. Lots of dining options nearby, too. Hotel staff was always there and very helpful. You can request breakfast for an ad..."
