Overall a nice place to stay. Hotel looked good and not too far from the main strip. However the room itself was not the best ive ever stayed in. The sheets on the bed looked dusty, there were stains on the cieling and behind the bed/nightstands there was dust as if it hadnt been vaccummed in a long time. But everything else was good, if those small cleanliness isses dont affect you, then youll love this place. The breakfast was good too. Also, make sure you tell the front desk if you have a vehicle, they never asked us so we didnt know there is complementary valet, so we had to park at the MGM for +$25 a night. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, we were too wasted to care anyways

The room was excellent the only problem I had was the refrigerator was dirty and it smelled

I would like to start with the bathroom. The sink was stopped up. I had to let the water out. The right sink counter was not clean. It looked unfinished. The shower had a stain on the floor. The tub was dirty around the spa knobs. Which made me feel not taking a shower, taking a bath, nor washing from the right sink.
Now, I would like to share my experience as far as the living room area. The light bulb was missing. The cough had cushion covers, which made it look awkward. The siting chair has a hole in it. I called one of the reps to come clean or bring a light bulb, no one showed up. They asked me to call, but no answer for these issues were resolved. I am not sure what was the point of me calling to inform them of my dilemma for the money I paid.

This property was NOTHING like what was described. There was what appeared to be a blood stain in the entrance to the room. The mattress had black spots, bugs? IDK Overall it was filthy with the cheapest mattress known to man that nobody would want to sleep on. I am currently in a dispute with ORBITZ over the refund. DO NOT RENT THIS PROERTY.

Very surprised at how the room was overall. Always been very clean and nice. This time not so much. Could tell it had not been vacuumed in some time. Very dusty. Kitchen was not clean. And the bathroom oh my. Dirty sinks toilet barely flushed and mold in the shower. Then on Saturday night we got back and parking for our tower was full so they had us go park at mgm and we had to walk back. Very disappointed in this visit.

The room was ok. Particularly for the price. It did not feel clean. The carpet was stained and should be replaced. The headboard of the bed was worn heavily. Would not stay in this unit again. The price and location/ convenience were great.

Not the cleanest suite, things were old and the water turned off suddenly in the middle of the night during the last night of the stay. It was spacious and had a nice view of the city

I cannot recommend staying at this hotel.

Well, the rooms are dumps. I had a group of 8 rooms that looked very dated. Be sure to go through a checkout process like in 1994, or they will wait until your car arrives before holding you hostage for a late checkout fee of 59 bucks. Also, make sure that when the maid knocks at 745 a.m. to clean your room, you don't tell her to come back later; she never does. They don't give you any map when you check-in, and the spare maps they do have, don't have a "you are here" sticker. By the 4th or 5th day, you should have a good lay of the land.

I have stayed at the Signature Suites before with no issues. This visit was not good. Room was not very clean, (coffee maker, bathroom sinks) sheets on bed were dirty and if you are looking to get extra towels or maid service there is an additional charge. As well over the New Years weekend there was an incident at the hotel that compromised guest safety. I do not recommend booking through this vendor. There are so many more options in Vegas. Will never book this hotel again.

Upon entering the room it was obvious that it needed a thorough cleaning especially the carpet. Also under the bed and sofa there were crumbs of food and grime. The furniture was worn and beaten. The main critique was the very dirty carpet around and under the furniture. The headboard was ripped.

Good but the furniture a little bit old

I really like this hotel, spacious room with good kitchen, quiet, peaceful. But this time I noticed that some items were not in perfect condition. The refrigerator inside had broken parts, but it worked perfectly. The sofa had cushions with a different fabric or cover. Details to improve.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was okay. The room and furniture was old. The room was dirty to the extent that there was was hair and some grime in the bathroom, some of the cooking utensils were dirty, and the fridge/freezer had old residue in it from previous guests. The freezer in particular was unusable for how dirty it was. We brought this up to the front desk and they said they couldnt have anyone clean it because its the responsibility of the owner of the suite and not the hotel themselves.
Furthermore, they dont have enough parking spaces for 1 car per room. If you go out in your car, theres a chance you wont be able to park at the hotel and will have to park at the MGM Grand, which costs $20 during our visit. Then you have to walk all the way through that property over to the hotel. Dont mind the valet-only parking, but the fact that they dont guarantee guests will be able to park is a huge factor to consider.
Otherwise, the property itself was nice enough, and we had a nice view of the strip and MSG Sphere. The monorail is relatively close too so that was nice if you want to explore more of the strip.
Bottom line is i wouldnt stay here again.

This was a great option for our family. Plenty of room to stretch out and a full kitchen meant we didn't have to eat out every meal. My only complaint (losing them a star) was the valet parking; there was ZERO communication about why the line was "stuck." After waiting almost 90 minutes for valet, I finally went in to the desk to ask the problem and it was suggested we self-park at the MGM. Not an issue, but they could've gone around and told us that so we didn't waste all that time sitting in the car waiting for parking!

We were stuck in Las Vegas overnight , because of a canceled flight. We were able to get a comfortable nights rest, in the middle of our chaos

Really enjoy staying here, it's my Wife and I third time staying here. We had a suite, spacious enjoyed the tub. Room was clean but some of the toiletries weren't replaced after previous guest. My wife and I don't mind walking so being behind MGM or having a 15-20 min walk to the strip wasn't an issue.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Mandatory valet parking and only two valets on duty. We waited on average one hour each day just to get into the towers. There was a valet there from india who was complaining to me about a guest from india that does not tip. The valet had long hair ponytail and glasses. He said that they put candy in people's gas tanks. That do not tip and it destroys their engine. This absolutely horrified me. My wife and I were absolutely furious with this property. On our third day, they told us after waiting an hour and 30 minutes to enter the property that it was full and that we had to go to the MGM casino and park in the underground garage and then walk 15 to 20 minutes to the towers. So we could get in our room. We tipped $20 every day to the valet. To be told to walk twenty minutes in parker own car. This place is a complete dump. Anyone reading this you have been warned.

Nice hotel behind MGM with underground walkway to MGM. Private pool. No casino on property. Very quiet. Large hot tubs in room.

The elevators were really noisey all night long.

I was only staying one night so by the time I made it in bed it was way too late to bring it to anyone’s attention but the bed was terrible. It was shallow on one side making it an unpleasant nights rest.

Shelves in showers had soap residue on them and we found a couple of plastic cups on the window sill that had been there so long there was mold growing in them

The property is in a great location with reasonably good access to the Strip. It is quiet and nonsmoking. We’ve stayed at other suites in the past, this one is showing its age and some wear. Could be more diligent on cleaning. But still a good value.

The rooms are Ok, but the parking lot is so small that there is no place all the time. They force you to go to another parking lot that is about 15 min walking distance. As a result, you have to spend more than half of hour to take your car each time you need it. That is not all. You have to pay for that parking from your packet and then stay in line at the front desk for reimbursement. Front desk personnel are not very user-friendly. Sometimes they send you to another building to their colleagues to answer a simple question, with the same result. Nobody explains to you how their system works. Would you like to spend your vacation time with staff like that?

The valet closes at random times, and we couldn't park at the property. The security told us to park at the MGM and walk to the property. There was no communication that the valet would close when we checked in. I asked the next day what time the valet would close and no one gave us a definite answer.
This is a major inconvenience because it limited our ability to drive our car around. The only way to park the car is through the valet, so if it's closed, you have to park at the MGM and walk back to the property.
The room was nice, but the TV in the room didn't work. Wish we had a better experience for this property.

its just off the strip and part of mgm. bring your walking shoes. the monorail is a great way to go up and down the strip. the monorail was a huge plus. the monorail signage gives details of which places are at each stop.i had a wonderful time.

This is 4th time I have stayed at this property - this was first time I was disappointed.
The rooms are studios- both of our rooms were not clean (and we were in different towers - so not a one off in my opinion).
For example, the coffee pots were full, fridge had food in them and showers dirty.
Not sure if new cleaning crew or managers not checking work?
U hope they fix this as we have always liked this MGM property.

I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property and inconsistent communication. Upon arrival our room had not been cleaned. There was old food on the floor, two lights were out, an outlet didn’t work, it didn’t contain a coffee maker as stated, there was (what looked like) a blood stain on the couch, stains on the walls, a broken headboard, the shower was flithy and the rooms smelled. Because the rooms we had were privately owned we had to contact the management company to have them cleaned. They told us they would come at 10am. They didn’t come until 3:30pm. I waited for them causing me to miss out on majority of what we had planned for the day. I would not recommend. From now on I’ll be booking straight through hotels and not Expedia.

I booked a room. I got to hotel and they could not find reservation. The hotel and I worked to contact luxury for an hour. No answer. I therefore went to another hotel.
Luxury still charged me for a room. What a scam.

The hotel was well located, the room was nice but outdated, however the state of parking was ridiculous. We waited over an hour for valet parking after we'd been sent on a wild goose chase for another parking area they use. The actual valet attendants were brilliant and management should give them a raise. Porters were wonderful and genuinely focused on customer service.

Beware, it is the same old signature. My room had old worn out furniture, the jacuzzi handle fell off in my hand when I needed it the most, upon arrival. These are condos and MGM will not respond for repairs. No fresh towels, garbage not emptied during my 5 day stay. There are much better places to stay.
