Hotel distante dos pontos turísticos

Cafeteira no quarto e disponibilizaram água e cápsulas de café no dia da chegada. Ar condicionado em excelente funcionamento. Banheiro grande. Café da manhã com preço super elevado!

Camas não são confortáveis, internet oscilando, temperatura da água do chuveiro ruim de controlar. Local distante dos pontos turísticos. Ambiente não estava tão limpo. Chegamos com criança e cheias de malas e não tivemos qualquer auxílio dos funcionários. Quarto quádruplo com sofá cama e quando aberto não tem espaço para abrir malas.

Parking très cher à la nuit. Dysfonctionnement des toilettes, 1ere chambre: toilette qui se détache du mur 2eme chambre: chasse d’eau qui coule toute la nuit.

Accueil parfait, chambre parfaite, bar parfait, merci :)

- Nous sommes arrivée dans l'urgence de trouver un logement pour la nuit suite à une déception de Airbnb, nous avons été accueillit à merveille, merci beaucoup! :) - La chambre était superbe : Literie, salle de bain, toilette,... Niveau vue, rien à dire c'était correcte, vue sur des petites plantation, pas d'exigence particulière, on est en ville :)

- Seul bémol serait éventuellement la place de la télévision, on s'est assez souvent cogné dessus en allant s'installer sur la petite table. - Le montant du petit déjeuné était exorbitant ! Peut-être que nous aurions été intéressé s'il y avait plusieurs choix de formule par exemple (des choses avec moins de choix et donc moins chère ?)

Good location and breakfast, very poor staff service

The location is close enough to the center and the breakfast was very nice

The hotel has some serious issues with the staff. The transfer that we’ve booked with them was noted wrong and instead of a regular car we’ve got a minivan and had to pay for it. For the way back they again booked a minivan despite us repeating 3 times we don’t need it. I’ve also paid cash for the hotel and nevertheless they’ve charged my credit card for the whole sum. 8 days past I still don’t have the sum returned! Unbelievable! Never had a case like this

حجزنا كان غرفة ثلاثية superior,أعجبتنا جداً كانت فسيحة للغاية، السرير المزدوج واسع ، وسرير الأريكة يكفي لشخصين ، بالاضافة لمساحة جيدة للحركة وكرسيين للجلوس وتناول القهوة ، الغرفةمطلة على الشارع الرئيسي بنوافذ زجاجية ممتدة على الحائط بأكمله مما أضاف للغرفة يوجد مكان مناسب للأمتعة ، دورة المياة أيضاً فسيحة وعبارة عن قسمين منفصلين تماما ، يوجد آلة قهوة نسبريسو وغلاية ماء ، الاستقبال يقوم بتزويدك ب قوارير المياه وكبسولات القهوة متى ما اردت ، اعجبتني جداً أظرف الشوكولاته الساخنة ، الموظفين ودودين جداً وعندهم الاستعداد لتقديم المساعدة

مظلات المطر يقوم الفندق بتوفيرها بإيجار .

Loved it

Room was very spacious and luxurious. Bathroom was also big with double sinks and a big bathtub. There was a separate toilet and coffee machine in the room. Nice big windows which let in lots of light too but good blackout curtains to also block it out. Good location, can get the tram a couple minutes down the road or the metro or bus about a 10 minute walk away.

The gym was decent but only one of each machine and some machines didn’t work and there was only one mat available. Would be good if there was a steam room as well as sauna and even better with a pool. The breakfast was expensive at €23pp though it was a nice buffet. Would have preferred thicker and bigger towels too to match the luxurious feel of the room but they were very thin and basic ones instead. Also more coffee pods would be good as we only got 2 a day and the coffee machine deformed a few so they were wasted and no spares

We enjoyed our stay . A hotel to remember and to return to.

Large, comfortable room and beds. All very clean. Friendly, helpful, multilingual staff. Excellent and extensive breakfast.

Excellent room, very clean, nicely decorated. Amazing bed - loved the sauna too. Location excellent for some great restaurants - a great choice only 500 meters away

Amazing breakfast, friendly helpful staff, quiet, comfortable room.

Was not sure if the water in the fridge was complimentary so I didn't use. No hair conditioner in the bathroom.

Staff was excellent, no problems with late check-in. Also excellent service at the bar/restaurant especially Alejandro very prompt and friendly.

Excellent central stay

Fantastic location, close to tram and metro stops. Busy area with lots of high end shops and nice restaurants close by. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable.

The temperature control didn’t work very effectively and was a little loud when turned up.

I kindly received an upgrade and the room was lovely. Clean, quiet and spacious. Staff were very helpful and hotel was in an excellent location.

It was really good.

It's kinda center, not much bums. Staff is helpful. USB micro chargers available.

Laundry services are not working on weekends. No USB sockets in room. No spare USB Type C chargers.

When I am in Brussels again, I will stay there.

The hotel is located at a nice avenue, which has access to the metro and tram lines. You can park under the hotel and visit the city from there. You find every comfort you need in this hotel. The view over the city is beautiful.

Superb

I liked the room, location, and breakfast (except for the grapefruit slices likely reused from the days before). Like the idea of donating money in case you don’t ask your room to be cleaned everyday, but the machine for the tokens didn’t work properly all the time.

The property is great, but you should know that to get to the other side of the avenue you need to go through a pedestrian tunnel overfilled with all sorts of stinky and disturbing stuff left behind by homeless people. That tunnel needs urgent attention of municipal administration, and the hotel should remind them diligently. iPhone mirroring on TV didn’t work, but I have a spare hdmi cable for these situations.
