Place was beautiful even in the winter! The outside and inside fire places were very enjoyable and breakfast in the morning was fantastic! Definitely want to come back in the summer when we can do more stuff outside

I got a double charges in this property.
During my reservation Expedia charge me already
Couple hours before my check in somebody call me she said they see my online payment she ask my card info. And they charge me again.
The room has a strong smell. I need to call them up and they told me to fire up the fire place “it might help to reduce to smell they said” I’m ending up wearing a mask

Kachina was our spot for an evening. We had to leave early before breakfast, but enjoyed our time in our room. Conveniently close to town.

Very disappointing that cable tv wasn’t available.

quiet, pleasant property, kinda isolated, but still in town

Room would not heat sufficiently. The fireplace flue did not keep the smoke out of the room and our clothes were full of smoke. Grounds could have been better kept.

The rooms and property were nice. The reception person was wonderful and her breakfasts were very good. liked the fireplace in the room.
On the negative side, we had a two bedroom suit and the second room bed had dirty sheets and looked to be not remade after the previous guest. No response from the property owner - very disappointing. Body wash container empty and housekeeper acted like it was a chore to replace it with one from another room no less. And the property is close to another property that sounds like they have a commercial chipper that was so noisy you didn't want to be outside from about 4:00 - 6:00 PM.

This was our first time staying at Dreamcatcher, but it won't be our last. A wonderful setting for the property. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice outdoor seating. Reasonable walk to downtown. The breakfast was spectacular. Highly recommend.

Great property, nice breakfast provided by Felicia. She went out of her way to assist us! No air conditioning in room though, but they did have a ceiling fan it was about 80 degrees in the room during the day but cooled down nicely at night. It was unusually hot while we were there though.

Quiet, beautiful setting. Room was perfect in every way

Gorgeous well appointed Bed and Breakfast. Lacking any personal hospitality.
Breakfast was lacking and limited.

We have stayed in scores of B&Bs throughout the country and this one was a disappointment. It's the first B&B where we weren't greeted by a member of the staff and, in fact, the hosts never introduced themselves or otherwise made themselves present (to our knowledge). After noting that wifi coverage was not consistent, turns out check-in was "self-check-in" referencing an email that we could not load while standing outside the door. We had to call the host to finally check-in and access our room. The room itself was nice and the breakfast (cooked and served by staff who drove in for the morning) was very good. Evidently, the owners emphasize natural landscaping on the grounds which we certainly appreciate. But, in this case, the walkway to our room had long grasses and plants overhanging our path such that we were walking through the grasses. The entire landscape looked promising, but needed trimming and care. Again, the entire experience hinted at a very detached management who was perhaps focused elsewhere and not on providing a pleasant experience at their B&B. One of the reasons we enjoy staying at B&Bs is the opportunity to meet local folks and learn about their community. While we had that opportunity here I suppose, it would require a phone call which we could have made from our own home. Not a typical B&B experience.

Definitely nice place and i highly recommend! The gardens are a great place to sit around and share a bottle of wine, or rest in one of the hammocks. Delicious breakfast

Dreamcatcher is among the very best B&Bs we have ever stayed at and we have been staying at B&Bs since our kids grew up over 25 years ago.
The rooms are perfectly appointed with Southwestern art and artifacts, furniture, and colors. You are immersed in the flavors of the Southwest. Everything has been thought of to offer a wonderful experience, from the comfy bed to the fluffy towels, to the Smart TV. There is an honor food cache in the main room, coffee, tea, and iced tea, cookies, games, and books
Then there's the garden, a little paradise of flora and fauna, where you could read, or pretend to read and just be lazy in one of the comfortable settings.
Our situation was a bit unusual because we were both sick with traveler's diarrhea when we arrived and had it the whole time we were there. Host Marybeth Earl went out of her way to offer help. She provided electrolyte drinks--we had run out--and PeptoBismol so we wouldn't have to go out, and even offered to make us rice! We needed to stay another night and were able to do so.
Unfortunately, only one of us was able to have breakfast one day. The food was beautifully presented, a fritatta with accompanying bread and seasonal fruit cup, rounded out by a bite-sized lemon tart.
We would stay there again in a minute.

I think the highlight for us was the amazing gourmet breakfasts!!! Our host was extremely helpful with wonderful recommendations from touring the area's galleries and shops to delightful places to dine. The only thing we didn't like was the fact we had to leave at the end of our stay. My compliments to the chef/host!!! We had a nice time during our stay and will return....
Thanks again,

The Rooms were nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent. On mornings when we went skiing, they gave us bag breakfasts. The rooms were a little small for all our ski gear.

From check-in to comfy bed, the quiet surroundings and beautiful setting, Dreamcatcher B & B has been a wonderful experience. It's perfect for couples. We arrived early and were welcomed despite interrupting the staff in their routine. We enjoyed coffee in our room before breakfast at the main building. We can highly recommend Dreamcatcher.

Secluded and peaceful. Comfortable room and beautiful property with communal bonfire pit. Marybeth is an excellnt host and awesome cook! Breakfast was plentiful, hot and she even made us vegetarian plates complete with a plant based sausage patty. She directed us to a local hiking trail along the gorge. Only 3 other cars there, but beautiful views.

Dreamcatcher is a perfect B&B. The location is great, the grounds and gardens are beautiful, the breakfast is delicious (blue corn muffins!), the beds are super comfortable, and everyone there made us feel welcomed. I hope to go back.

The only thing better than this lovely B&B was the weekend hostess, Davina. She was SO welcoming and friendly throughout my entire visit. In addition, she provided several great trips on things to do and places to dine in the area.
As for the property itself, this place is tens across the board. VERY clean, well maintained, quiet, and relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.
