Spacious and modern apartment really close to main attractions in Vienna. Public transport literally at the door and lots of eating places close by at reasonable prices. Very helpful staff. Our room was incredibly quiet although we were on inside but little traffic after 7pm so imagine all rooms would be good.
Would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay here. We were in a junior suite which was an entry foyer, a large living /dining area with seating, a desk, a bar counter and full kitchen with cooking and serving utensils, a separate bedroom with a king bed, a good amount of storage and a safe, and a large bathroom with a walk in shower. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
The front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The property is well located- walking distance of sights and subway, restaurants and cafes, and there’s a supermarket next door.
The cons are that the front desk is not staffed 24 hours so a keycard is needed to enter the building after hours. There is no lobby, but there is a nice sitting area on the mezzanine. Full cleaning is done every 3 days, but clean towels or other needs can be requested and are accommodated promptly.
For us, the space, location and price were worth the trade off of a hotel with maybe a few more amenities.

This review may be a little tainted versus "normal" as a lot of interior work was being done. The location is very convenient to the main shopping areas and just a few minutes walk from one of the main metro stations. You can probably get away with not needing to use much public transport with its location to many of the main tourist areas. I did not receive a pre-arrival message about how to get into the property's keypad which cause a slightly stressful moment but a staff member was able to help me check in and get settled.

An excellent stay. Very comfortable bed, quiet and spacious room. Mixed messages from staff regarding breakfast. Was informed by morning staff member that breakfast was free and2 days later informed by the manager that we owed $80.00 for breakfast for 2 people for 2 days. Very unhappy with mixed messages.

Our apartment was even nicer than the website photos - well euipped with good quality stuff. Very clean. Fabulous location - we walked everywhere and very clean, safe area.
Staff were helpful and ever friendly.
Breakfast was yummy - being vegan the choices are often limited but here i was spoilt for choice with the buffet spread and Cihad (apologies if I've spelled that wrong!!) cooked to order and was extremely attentive - truly delicious thank you.
Would definitely stay there again - can't find a single fault !! 10/10 🙂

The place was perfect!! close to everywhere. walking distance to everywhere you want to go and not in a mjor thoroughfare so its quiet at nite..the only thing is if u want to avail of airport transfer, verify and follow up..other than that it was perfect..clean, spacious and quiet

Very convenient for seeing the Vienna sights. Grocery next door was useful. Accommodation very comfortable - except for the sofa bed which was not! Otherwise lovely.

Darling apartment with lots of space. The building had lots of stains on the hallway carpets and needed paint on walls - so needing maintenance. There were no manuals so needed help with microwave operation and sink water temp in kitchen. Breakfast is not worth 20E. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was our first trip to Vienna, and we would definitely stay in this hotel again.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel is great. Very near the attractions in the city, and there is a subway station and an airport bus station within a minute walk of the hotel.
The rooms are amazing, especially for a European hotel. They are essentially apartments, with a bedroom, living room, and an mini-kitchen.
I highly recomment.

Nice apartment, clean, excellent location. Kitchen supplies could be a little more complete. Fire alarm went off in another unit during our stay, a recurring issue apparently

We appreciated the kitchen & laundry area. In particular It’s close proximity to the Elmayer dance school & other major sites.
The entire staff was welcoming & very helpful.
We will stay with them again!!!!

Huge roomy apartment is almost unheard of in Europe so that was fantastic. Big windows, living room, dining room, kitchen and a big bedroom. But the property itself was a bit rundown. The rooftop terrace was closed and neglected. The ice machine looked toxic. But the front desk was very accommodating and polite.

Very spacious accomodation close to city centre attractions (most within 15 min walk) and 5 min walk to two U-bahn stations. Also just 5 min walk to the main tour boat quay on Danube canal. The concierge staff were all charming and very helpful. Well stocked SPAR gourmet grocery store next door. Lots of cafés & restaurants nearby (within 2 or 5 min walk).

Really nice spacious apartment in a quiet part of town near everything. Within a couple of blocks walk to stephenplatz.and about the same to public transport. Lots of nice restaurant and bar options too. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean. A good quality of furniture and appliance were well equipped. It takes a while to cool down the building in a hot day though. They provided a fan and it was really helpful. Friendly and helpful reception is another plus.

Nice apartment in a lovely area. Very short walk to St Peter’s and on to Stephanplatz. Staff were really helpful. Roof terrace was good to have for a short break in between activities.

Our apartment was huge!!! Spacious, nice kitchen area, bathroom was very modern, excellent breakfast selection (Europeans, Americans etc.).The roof top terrace had a nice view of the city. A grocery store was right next door. The staff was very helpful in an issue arose. The washer and dryer in the basement came in handy after over a week on the road. Some enhancements would be: 1) Add a shelf to the shower. As is, anything you need has to be put on the shower floor or on the sink which means basically getting out of the shower. 2) Modernize the washer and dryer area. One washer wasn't working and the other one leaked. Both machines could have used a good cleaning. The area itself was dark and reminded me of a bunker. 3) Both fans for the heating/cooling unit had severe noise issues at high speed.

Location is wonderful, close to sights, but not loud, and nice to be next to a grocery. Roof top deck lovely to have. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment itself very pleasant. Having the toilet in the hall across the apartment from bedroom and bath seemed odd but we got used to it. Staff very helpful but internet didn’t work during our stay.
