Wonderful location, so quiet and walking distance to so much and so close to the train and subway station. Be aware that there is no air conditioning but a fan was provided. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is very good, except there's no air conditioner in the middle of summer. I heard it's true for most of London hotels, but still, it's pretty hard to sleep well when there's a heat wave in London. Others than that, everything is great!

The location is great! The staff were kind and accommodating, helpful and friendly.
The place we stayed was in a separate building about 30 steps away. We found a few bugs in the room at various times. The room was too crowded with the addition of a table and 2 stools.

This hotel is right in the middle of the action. It is 5 minutes from the bus terminal and the train station, and a 15 minute walk to Buckingham palace. The staff of this hotel was amazing, allowing us to store our bags while we took a tour, and even packed us a lunch. Everything was positive, except for the rooms were older, there is no elevator, the TV didn't work. However, the customer service, the free coffee, and the location made this a very nice place to stay.
