It was fine. Breakfast had a lot to be desired. There was hair in the bathtub. It wouldn’t be at the to of my list of places to recommend to others.

I arrived and extremely hot inside. The room was dusty. The restroom had little hairs on shower. The coffee maker did not work. The chair for the desk was broken. Not pleasant at all...

Great staff, hotel is overdue for an upgrade. Dingy, dated and damaged furniture. Again, staff was nice so it's nothing on them; they're just hamstrung by low company standards. Would stay again if necessary.

The hotel was above our expectations. I was hesitant to reserve a room after I read some negative reviews, but our experience was only positive. The beds were firm, no sagging, and excellent for a night's rest. The room was clean, and not dated. We had no complaints at all.

Place is clean, comfortable and quiet. Access is not ideal. Have to drive through truck stop parking lot to get to the street taking you to the hotel. The lot and street have huge potholes that must be navigated. Some are large enough to do serious damage to a vehicle. Breakfast was typical motel fare. Scrambled eggs were hot and fresh. Link sausage was good. Coffee was average. Cleaning staff was friendly. Our key card worked the night of arrival but after breakfast it didn’t open our door. Had to have cleaning lady let us back into our room. Have stayed here before and for the price will be back again.

Walked into lobby, and was told there was no water. No help with finding a place, no prior communication about problem, and basically you are on your own.

the property was great. But soon as i punched in reserve a room the dates came out wrong on the room. Expedia said they couldn't change dates. had to pay for a room twice and only stayed once

Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, but definitely a top 10 worst. First negative thing we noticed was the driveway in. It was full of massive potholes. The first negative thing when getting in our room was the horrible smell. Second was the pee spots all over the toilet seat. Had we not been in a hurry to get to a scheduled appointment we would have changed rooms. But that was not possible at the time. Next thing was the shower head looking like it was gonna fall out of the wall and the extremely low water pressure. Overall, the room was very dingy and dirty feeling. As we were leaving the hotel the next morning, we could hear the cleaning staff 10 rooms away talking loud and cussing up a storm. Dropping f-bombs like trash. Not a clean, professional hotel at all.

Super nice updated hotel. Spacious king suite. Very clean and a decent breakfast. If it had the staple waffle, it would have been superb! And they have Dove soap and shampoo. Be sure to take your own conditioner.

Before I even went in, you could look at the windows in the motel and they were very dirty. The motel has a bad odor pretty much everywhere you go. It looks like children painted the walls and doors. There is paint on the bathroom floor & scratch marks on the walls. Where the carpet and tile meet, the nails in the tack board used to hold the carpet down hurt when you step on them. When I tried to use the iron for my dress shirt, the iron spit out rust. I went downstairs to see if I could get a different iron, but the results were the same. I am in town on business. The dress shirt cost more than my room which should have been my first clue that this is a crappy place. Expedia, you let me down by not being honest about this place. I can only imagine that the management company wrote the review for you. I will probably not use Expedia again because I do not feel like I can trust what they say.

Not a terrible place to stay. Minor construction in area and parking is kind suck with all the bigger vehicles. Rooms were clean, and hotel is nice. Breakfast could be a little better, but was still pretty good. Overall 7/10

This was a maintenance problem. Many things from cracks on furniture covers to toilet paper dispenser falling off the wall, elevator panel looks as if it was tampered with, to door locks not working properly or even there, ours was missing. Could not get the person at the front desk to talk to me, he had no people skills at all. Overall not a very good outing.

Room key never worked never left clean towls light bulbs were out in bathroom they never replaced them air conditioning did not work well we were there for 4 days and they never replaced anything even after we asked and had to reset our key every night so we could get in our room and it needs updating
