Ideal location right next to flaminio met station. We got the metro from termini - 4 stops and the rooms are there. Right next to piazza del popolo - can walk straight through the square and you're on easy route to a lot of attractions. We also jumped on the metro 2 stops to Vatican City. Other way to termini then onto Colosseum; both before 7am and again for our return to airport got a metro at 5.40am. We had a double bed on the front road. Double windowed, could hear the trams upto about midnight but I sleep with white noise on phone! Comfy bed, clean bathroom, safe but the batteries were running out so we didnt want to use it. Ran out of shower gel 1st night. Coffee pods wouldn't fit. Hot shower. The main frustration we had was the access to the building. The instructions sent need to be clearer. When you're hot & sweaty after a flight or touring in July it was hard to follow it. Essentially use your phone to click on open door via the link. Up one flight of small stairs and then you get to the brass plated door to the reception area, it was confusing as it said to click on the link again to open apartment door but it was actually the main door to flaminia. Once I got head around this and learnt to pause after clicking and waiting for a buzz it was easier! You then use key for your actual room. Aside from this, fab location, great to come and go without bother. Would stay again. Good comms before hand from messages I sent.

Location is good, there is a metro station near by. The AC worked great and room was clean. The only downside was that the wifi connection was horrible. We could barely use the wifi during our stay as we would keep losing connection on our phones.

Clean room, comfortable bed. We could hear the tram arrive - sounded like thunder.
Needed the email link to unlock the doors.
Had to climb a flight of stairs to reach the first floor and the elevator.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is fantastic. We received a warm welcome and loved the room too. Would love to stay here again.
